The apartment was a lovely size. The pool was right beside the apartment which was so easy, the place is quite in both residence and surrounding noise.. Used the barbecue that felt special sitting outside by the pool very relaxing. Nately was really helpful with any questions. Kitchen was well equiped . Air con in all rooms made it comfortable Parking the car right beside the front door was great .

There was not much to dislike the only issue was finding the property i dont know if that was booking .com problem or me. I would type in Hermes complex or get a pin drop on whattsape prior to arriving .

No added value in the property itself.

The property was not clean. Upon arrival, insects were found in both the bed and living rooms. The drawers were not that clean also. There was a problem in the electric heater, where it caused a shortcut. Only hot water from the solarheater is available. The staff came and tried to help by cleaning the insects and putting some repellent but nothing much to improve after all. The apartment is a bit moldy and it’s stuffy inside, not good for breathing.

It was cheap, accessible, parking on site and right by the pool

It wasn't really clean, the floors in particularly were quite dusty and the patio had to be mopped before we could use it. Had we been staying longer we would have contacted the owner but for a couple of days it wasn't worth the hassle.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. The owner did respond very quickly when required to.

The apartment was not in a very good area at all. It was very poorly furnished with what looked like second hand mismatched furniture. Its in dire need of some upgrading and TLC. The facilities were not all as listed. The wifi kept going off and needed to be unplugged an pmugged back every other day. The pool which is freezing cold is not private as was advertised. Other people from the complex used it. There is no indoor pool and no 24 hour reception. The keys were in a key safe that we had to get ourselves. The place is a private apartment block. We were the only tourists. The beds in the second bedroom are advertised as 3 large double beds when in fact they are bunk beds, not double at all. The very bottom one is a roll out bed which is almost on the floor, completely unsuitable for mature people. On the first day after arriving when I questioned why the iron and toaster wasn't working, I was told it was the kettle that kept tripping the electrics. If this was known then a replacement should have been provided but it wasn't. There was parts of the wardrobes in both bedrooms that were locked and inaccessible. Not sure why but this left very little room for us to hang our clothes. There were no pool towels and no extra bed linen to change. What we thought were sheets on the bunk beds were actually duvet covers not sheets. Overall for what facilities are provided this place I think is very expensive, particularly for the area it's in. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I note it is advertised twice on Booking.com under different names. Not sure why. The other name is Chairallas Nicoleta.
