The property had everything we needed for our 4 day trip, bed comfortable and lovely pillows 😊. Our host was so lovely and friendly. really enjoyed our stay.

I felt very lucky to have found this property as it was a 1 minute walk from the train station, it was also next door to a Co-op and a very good fish and chips shop. Plus it was a five minute walk to Empire Farm where I was attending a butchery course. Win win win! The property itself was clean warm and cosy. Virginia was most welcoming and took care to tell me where everything was. Also Virginia was very quick to the rescue when the shower stopped working. She had arranged for a plumber to come round on the spot and in the meantime I was able to use a private bathroom in her own house.

There was an issue with the shower however, once I had alerted Virginia to the problem she came to the rescue immediately.

This is a lovely clean place to stay surrounded by beautiful countryside and in the middle of a peaceful and picturesque little village. Both of the owners are very friendly, charming and welcoming and made us feel very much at home.

The shower was a little unpredictable. There was no wardrobe and we couldn't find any plates or bowls. However, these are minor inconveniences, not problems.

The host was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The accommodation was as advertised with no nasty surprises. We would recommend it to others.

No problems, but shame we couldn't get a Sunday dinner nearby.

Nicely appointed property, lovely hosts and at a reasonable price. Close to local convenience store, Cafe and Takeaway if needed.

Virginia couldn’t have been more welcoming and I felt very looked after. The cottage was very spacious and clean and the Wi-Fi great.

A proper kitchen would be a huge improvement but I completely understand why there isn’t one.

Beautiful stay in this barn conversion . Perfectly packaged with lovely living area, comfortable large bed, quiet location but easy access to villages/ towns. Very clean and facilities good. Parking in courtyard behind gate fab for late arrival. Virginia was so friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend enough. Will definitely return.

It was a pity there wasn't a real kitchen seeing as it's advertised as an apartment but what it had was adequate for our 3 nights. I missed a hairdryer. Should of took my own
