The breakfast was excellent in terms of quality, quantity and choice and its presentation was also very good. The bedroom was very spacious as was the shower unit and it was spotless.
A complimentary bottle of water per person was available every day which was a welcome touch.

There is ample car parking spaces in the front garden area, the property is located in a quiet residential part of Ballycastle and within reasonable walking distance, about half a mile, from the sea front.
The water in the hot water tap of the sink in the bathroom could have been hotter and it was slow to become even warm.
Home made jam/marmalade and some honey for breakfast would have been much appreciated but their absence did not
detract much from the overall excellent standard.

Parking at the door, a 10-minute walk into town for classic Irish food. Quiet, good water pressure and the most delightful made to order Irish breakfast. We wish we could have stayed for more than 1 night. The owner Sharon was always there to answer any questions!

B&B was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Well located to all amenities that Ballycastle has to offer. Would recommend staying here to friends and family.

Location was easy to find and close to amenities
Very clean and ultramodern rooms .where else do you get to wash in a crystal glass sink!
The only thing lacking was somewhere to put your case instead of on the floor and lack of hanging space in the bathroom for clothes or dressing gown .somewhere to dry your hair seemed an afterthought.

Room was larger than expected with modern features. Large walk-in bathroom, comfortable bed, well stocked coffee machine in room, and quiet during the night. Host was absolutely wonderful, accommodating for our late check-in and served up delicious made to order breakfasts. A very short walk to town with lots of parking. This was the perfect property for us and we have only positive things to say about the property and our host.

The whole property has been really well refurbished and is light and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and rooms were spotless, with cooked to order breakfast with plenty of choice.

The room we stayed in lacked in wardrobe space. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this fabulous B&B to anyone.

The property was modern, clean, not too far away from the sea front in Ballycastle, walking distance, the staff where very informative, they had thought of every little details, like the eye mask, as the room got very bright early in the morning, the chilled bottled water. Breakfast was delicious with homemade overnight oats, cereals, selections of breads and hot cooked breakfasts.

This was an amazing place to stay. I thoroughly recommend staying here. The hosts are exceptional, the facilities 5 star, the breakfast is delicious and the location is close to the harbour and the town centre.
