breakfast food was fine and the coffee was good.
the breakfast room was SO COLD! It was cold outside and yet the air conditioning was on all the time. why??
the phone in our room didn't work...we reported it the first day but it was never fixed.
half of the charging ports in the room were non-functional
the shampoo bottle in the shower was totally empty
this was all reported to the front desk and nothing was ever done

Great location
Room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was decent.
6 / 10Nella media·apr 2026
The breakfast was good, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The walls are paper thin and the pool was a major disappointment. The water was very cold and the choice of tile flooring combined with poor drainage made for a very slippery and unsafe setting. I also found the desk clerk at check-in to be impersonal and in such a hurry that he didn’t convey important information, while the one at checkout was much friendlier and very helpful.
