We loved staying at the Fiesta Seas Beach Bungalow and would definitely rent again! The house was clean and spacious, the location was great, we loved the turf area for running around outside, the path to the beach was great, the projection screen was fun and the foosball table was a hit. We had a multi-generation family beach weekend and everyone was happy. The only negative - there are a lot of small level changes throughout the house that became tripping hazards (ex. one step from dining to living that is not well marked).

This house has an odd but strangely functional architecture and layout. It has more features and better amenities than it showed in the pictures. A bathroom for every bedroom; and an huge family room theater with a long range projector and electric drop down screen. The private trail up and over three or four 10 foot tall grassy dunes gets you from the clean fenced backyard to the beach. We stayed for 5 days in September and only saw very light use of the beach. This house is tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac in an eclectic older neighborhood of modular homes and stick built homes. Very quiet and zero traffic. Nice size driveway that easily accommodated our 15 passenger van. The listing needs updated pictures to show no bunk beds, but three queen beds and three full bathrooms.There is also a "crows nest" room with a fantastic view of the ocean. The ocean can also be seen from the dining room and family room. Nice place to stay and I would choose to visit again!

This property is amazing if you have kids . This place has a sand box for kids in the backyard, and easy access to the ocean .

Design must have been by an architect on drugs. We did not lack for anything needed to have a great time. The one thing missing was facial tissues for my runny nose

The location of the property can be beat - with a short walk to the beach. It was quiet, private and convenient to all the places we wanted to visit. The kitchen was large and very well equipped. There were 6 remotes, but it wasn't clear which remote was need for which equipment. We could never get the DVD player to work.
It would have been helpful to have a single set of printed check-out instructions in one central location in the house.
We would definitely return to this lovely property!

Mostly clean, bathroom & bedroom surfaces showed dirty spots under UV light inspection. Family not used to ‘strange’ memory foam mattresses in two rooms and didn’t sleep well.

We had a nice stay at this house. While it has the things we needed - close proximity to beach, good kitchen, bedrooms- the house has an unconventional layout which is hard to understand with the listing as shown.

The property was close to the beach as advertised. The property included several cleaning fees and the property was clean. Communication with check in was easy and they accommodated my parents who were staying at the property.

We had wonderful family time here. Appreciated the short walk to the beach. The house is well equipped and is very spacious. Only frustration was not being able to get in until 5:00. We lost an entire day of our vacation waiting to get in and then by the time we unpacked and cooked dinner it was time to go to bed...a wasted vacation day.

Lovely home with a private pathway right to the beach. Nice sized bedrooms and enough amenities for my large family to be very comfortable.

Great Beach Access
This property has great access to a quiet beach. Our family picked this location for the proximity to the beach and for the sleeping accommodations (bunk beds specifically). Unfortunately the bunk beds had been removed and the site/info was not updated to reflect the change.

Family Christmas in July
This was perfect for our family with the closeness to the beach and yard for play. Big kitchen and covered porch and options to gather for board games, movies or just chilling. It had us covered. Can't wait for our next visit.

In the posting, a fireplace is shown. It was stormy, rainy weather but there was a paper on the fireplace stating it was inoperable. It was a nice surprise to have the outside firepit but since it was raining, we couldn't use it. Most rental include complimentary shampoo and conditioner but this didn't have any. Would have liked more towels in kitchen and restroom. All the extra games, cards, puzzles, books, etc were incomplete and just thrown into the coffee table.
All these are small issues except the fireplace. We really did enjoy our time there. Loved the eagles and the beach. Loved the location and the outside play / yard area. Our granddaughter loved running up and down the grassy area.
We will rent again :)

We arrived after dark, during a snowstorm on a cold December night, with cars in ditches all along the road from Seattle. We were incredibly grateful to find the home well lit, clean and warm - someone had made it there to prepare for us. The stairs to the door are covered, so no ice! Each of the 3 bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and with easy access to bathrooms. I appreciated that they all had side tables with lamps and easy access to outlets for charging devices. (I hate when vacation rentals dont think about that!) The path out the back door to the beach is convenient and delightful - what an amenity! The kitchen is pretty modern with lots of space to prep meals, and easy to clean too. Turns out having a second TV room was pretty handy when my family couldn't agree on the same movie. The upstairs room (only one) wasn't adequately heated so we didnt use it - it seems to be mostly a game room or place to eat with a view.. The heat is probably only an issue when its 28 degrees out, which is almost never. The movie screen and projector are super fun - be prepared to bring your own HDMI cable. If you plug it directly into the projector, your device will have to provide sound (our laptop was not adequate). You have to plug it in at the AV unit where the DVD player is currently plugged in. That will get the sound and picture to the projector and the surround sound speakers in the living room. Couches and chairs are comfy places to read and hang out. We didn't use the washer dryer but they are modern and easy to access. We would totally stay there again, especially when its warmer with longer days!

Beach fun!
We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. The only concern I voiced was that there is a need to fix one of the concrete steps so no one falls and the heat has a setting on it that lowers it to a little chilly and you have to manually reset each day. Otherwise, what fun and PERFECT for a family or a grouping of friends.

Labor day vacation
Was mostly pleased with our rental for the weekend. There were a few areas that weren't cleaned well (couches and a few dishes), but was overall in great condition, and was as advertised.

Great location especially because of a planned fishing trip at Westport and it was only 10 minutes away. It was quiet neighborhood and maybe because it was during the week. I loved that it was ocean front with a private yard. The only drawback was that the picture shows a bunk bed and it was a queen, so the two boys had to share.
