The room is enormous for Japanese accommodation standards! Very clean, nicely equiped and the check-in process can be done in advance. The lobby downstairs had a water dispenser, wich is nice
It is not possible to forward to and from the accommodation as the lobby is unmanned

Great location, very close to multiple stations and the Shinsekai.
The building is quiet and there are lots of stores around for your essentials.
Water in the lobby, and a vending machine right outside.
The room was very large, perfect for two people with large suitcases.
The washing machine was a real asset, and being able to dry the clothes in the shower area was unique.
Loved the balcony for morning people watching.
We also came across a handful of stray cats in the area, so if you like kitties, keep some treats in your pockets!
No one at the front desk, not a huge issue but it's missing that personal touch.
No fresh coffee or tea like some hotels offer.
Bed and pillows are extremely hard, I had to go out and buy a soft pillow.
Far more positive than negative!

This place is perfect for 2. Very convenient, easy check in system, clean, near to lawson, family mart, 7e, laundry if you need to dry your clothes because in this accommodation they provide washing machine for washing. Definitely will book this place again if im visit Osaka in future.

Good location, faire inner space, functional facilities..
We chose the property because of the pics on booking.com showed a delicate decoration. Instead we had a minimalistic, bare room.
Beds are not comfortable at all.
The property has a washing machine that cannot really dry.
