The unit is quite large and comfortable, it’s located within walking distance of the supermarkets, beach and restaurants. It was nice having a restaurant on the property for that lazy morning breakfast when you didn’t feel like going too far for it. Diana was easy to communicate with and responded to my questions and messages within good timing.

I can’t say that I didn’t like the property, but I can say I wish that the air conditioning was much quieter. Although we only use the stove twice in the morning during our stay, I wish there was a better nonstick pan to use besides the stainless steel pan on hand because it was a challenge to keep the food from sticking to it, even under low heat with an adequate amount of oil or butter. It also would’ve been nice to have instructions about how to use the washing machine and not spend so much time on YouTube finding it out.

La decoración, colores claros y muy agradable. Mobiliario moderno, muy bonito. Muy buena iluminación. La distribución de los habitáculos, muy acertada. La limpieza de suelos y superficies es buena.

Las sábanas oscuras y con muchas manchas. No somos especialmente escrupulosos, pero eso nos dio verdadero asco. Y lo peor es que tuvimos que pasar las ocho noches sin poder lavarlas, ya que no hay otro juego para cambiar y noches se secan en un día en ese tendedero plegable. Las cortinas también con manchas bien visibles. El sofá, sobre todo los reposabrazos, muy sucio. Las sartenes tienen el teflón estropeado, y es cancerígeno. No las usamos. Un cuchillo pequeño estaba roto, y el otro no cortaba casi nada. Tuve que comprar uno. La mesita de la sala temía una tabla salida hacia afuera. No tiene portero automático, y tuvimos problemas para recibir una compra de comida on Line. Y al entregarnos sólo una llave no podíamos salir o volver a horas diferentes. Todo esto es fácilmente solucionable, y pasaría a ser un excelente apartamento.

The proximity of the apartment to the beach was very central. Very easy to get wherever on foot.

Pillows need replacing as they were really uncomfortable to sleep on. Towels were clean they looked old and should be replaced too. Crockery and coffee machine were not clean. Wasn't prepared to clean the coffee machine, so we just bought instant coffee!!! Washing up sponge/dishcloths/detergents were not provided which was unusual in an apartment. These are not expensive items that should be included for cleanliness purposes.
