6 BEDROOM, 5 BATH, MODERN HOME CLOSE TO PUBLIC BEACH ON 2 ACRES, 1 MILE TO TOWN
Si tratta di una nuova casa completata nel giugno 2015. Sono le sei camere da letto a dormire 18. Dispone di due camere matrimoniali con bagno privato al piano principale. Con cinque bagni, un'enorme cucina moderna e un tavolo da pranzo per otto persone, è l'ideale per famiglie numerose.
La casa ha tre livelli con camere da letto e bagni su ogni livello. Il livello inferiore ha una sala giochi con più cursori si aprono su un 32 piedi da 16 ft patio, Il cortile è aperto e perfetta per sport e giochi vari. Ha una fossa fuoco e un pozzo a ferro di cavallo.
La casa dispone di aria condizionata centralizzata, un camino a gas, e un grande portico chiuso. i tramonti dal portico o sul patio sono belli da vedere.
Meredith spiaggia pubblica è a soli 700 iarde lungo la strada. Il centro di Meredith è di 1 & 1/4 miglia di distanza ed è una facile passeggiata per i ristoranti, negozi e bar che vi si trovano.
La cucina è enorme e ha apparecchi con tutti i comfort moderni, oltre a una grande isola centrale per posti a sedere supplementari.

Nice guy, plenty of room. We weren't really happy of being notified that we need to pay for sheets blankets and towels 2 days before arrival when it wasn't posted at all on the reservation and it was just a bunch of Miss matched old towels with stains on them. We couldn't have a fire the permit was expired and the pit that was in the picture was just an overgrown heap of dirt and rocks. Other than that everything was fine he was very nice and available nearby if we needed him

Big house with lots of room. Central area great for gathering 12 people together in front of the cozy gas fireplace!

We had a great family vacation in the Lakes Region. Good location and home was as advertised. Plenty of room and bathrooms for our needs. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Large kitchen with plenty of space.
The house does need some tender loving care. Ant issue in the kitchen/bathroom. Smoke/Carbon Monoxide detectors went off multiple mornings and owner told us to just disconnect them all.....safety issue as there is also a gas fireplace! Mouse dropping in the outdoor bin where the cushions were. Outdoor grill needs a good cleaning. Horseshoe and fire pits need a good weeding. We paid for bed linens/towels and when we arrived the nine sets of bed linens were not all there. As we were not in need of all nine sets of linens we did not notify the owner of the missing items. He then charged us for these "missing" items. We tried to contact the owner and have been unable to, VRBO has also been unable to. Electric outlet cover missing in the basement. Several light bulbs out, there were spares in a cabinet but did not match the ones that were out.
