From the outside it is a very typical village house with lots of history, on the inside it is nicely and tastefully renovated. We really liked the way the new was blended into the old. We used the area at the top of the outside stairs as a sitting area in the evenings/afternoons because it catches the sun.
The appartment is in a great location for the hikes around Balme. There is a small supermarket, with everything you need in walking distance.
The owner of the apartment was super friendly and super helpful.
