Questo condominio splendidamente decorato offre tutto il necessario per una fantastica vacanza sulla spiaggia! A pochi passi dalla sabbia, puoi attraversare la strada per ammirare gli incredibili tramonti o semplicemente sederti sul balcone godendoti la brezza del Golfo. L'unità B offre 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno. Cucina completamente attrezzata dove è possibile risparmiare denaro facendo pasti in famiglia. Forniamo anche più che sufficienti "cose divertenti" per i bambini. La tua unità è piena di giochi, oltre a noi abbiamo air hockey, mini basket, buche di mais e molti altri giochi da spiaggia. Sedie, ombrelli, refrigeratori e persino carri per un facile trasporto sono lì per la vostra comodità. Imballa una borsa e vai a Indian Rocks Beach, in Florida. We spent 5 days at Universal & the trip to Indian Rocks Beach to end our vacation could not have been more perfect. The location was great, a short minute walk to a beautiful beach! The condo was clean, had every amenity we needed (including beach items - what a luxury!), and it was within walking distance of stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. The owner is an absolute gem, she is so sweet & helpful and made the trip exactly what we needed after a long stay in busy Orlando. I would recommend this condo to anyone & everyone looking to relax on island time.

Tonya was great! The entire property was very nice and clean. Also very family friendly, lots of extras. She also communicated with us to check if we needed anything. Very accommodating to guests.

Stayed here with my husband and our 6-year-old, and it was a great fit for our family. The space was comfortable and roomy for all three of us. Tonya was an exceptional host - very responsive, accommodating, and genuinely attentive throughout our stay.We really enjoyed the location, especially being directly across from public beach access. It was also super convenient to have a restaurant and gas station nearby for quick meals, snacks, and drinks. Everything listed was available and ready for use, including beach chairs, toys, and a wagon, which made our trip even easier.If I had one small critique, it would be the shower. The water pressure was quite soft, and the shower curtains could use replacing as they appeared worn and a bit moldy. That said, the home itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I’m confident the host would have addressed this quickly if I had mentioned it during our stay.Overall, the hosts clearly put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home. I would absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay here again if I return to IRB!

This was a great stay. Super close to the beach and the backyard was very peaceful. It’s right by the trolley stop so getting around was very easy. There is a coffee shop a couple blocks down that had great food! Will definitely be back here soon.
