We came to the area for a wedding and was so happy to have a lovely house to come back to everyday. It was clean, comfortably, and updated. The pillows, linens and kitchen was perfect. We loved our stay and the host was quick to respond. Being 15 mins to every attraction was an unexpected delight. Highly recommended.

Our stay was very peaceful. Property is conveniently located close to the outlets shoppes, and all the Gettysburg happenings , but is tucked away into the rural landscape nicely. Host was nice and available if needed. Rooms were plenty large, clean, and homey. A nice break from the hotels. We hope to return and stay again.

The house was nice, clean, and located in a great spot away from the hustle and bustle of town, making it a peaceful place to stay. The property was well-maintained and generally comfortable.My main concern was that the listing and accommodations did not match what we booked and paid for, which was three guests. The sleeping arrangements were inadequate. There was only one actual bed available. The additional options were a couch and a cot that was broken and unusable. Extra sheets and blankets to make up the couch and cot were sparse. As a result, the property was not properly equipped to accommodate the number of guests included in the reservation. Overall a clean, quiet place but the listing should more accurately describe the available sleeping arrangements.

Rural setting was perfect for our trip, we wanted to be near the action but not directly in the action. Everything was easily reached with minimal effort. The schoolhouse was clean and peaceful, just as we wanted! We would definitely return to this property if our travels take us back to the Gettysburg area. The hosts left suggestions for dining, shopping and ice cream! All of them that we tried were top notch. All in all a very pleasant, relaxing and educational trip to the battlefields.
