Beautiful views and easy access to the beach. The pool and hot tub are great. House is a bit dated and the beds, besides the master, are not the most comfortable. Location and great communication with the owner make up for the few deficiencies.

Spectacular Ocean Views. Parking is a challenge if more than three vehicles 🚗 are needed. Two vehicles are optimum. As with many coastal properties, be prepared to transition up and down many steps to the family room which is on the top level. The owners are wonderful folks that live nearby.

What a view, i've been visiting this Island for 55+ years and this was the best view of them all, a front row seat to the beach, ...while the house may not be a " luxury" accommodation, the location certainly is, it was clean and everything was in working order, the Hot Tub was nice to have in the cool evenings, and the pool although not heated was enjoyable during the day...the deck was fantastic w/ shade if necessary, so overall I hope we can return next year at this same time...it was a sunny 72-78 degrees w/ some breeze which is perfect in my opinion! This was a great value vacation !

The property is nice love all the vegitation.ans wild life. Birds are like a choir in the morning. Funiture not so comfortable ..cushions do not stay in place. But are ok.Beds very comfortable.loved the sealed bedding and towels. And check in easy.All in all was a great stsy. Thanks so much.

It’s conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. The view from the upper deck is wonderful. The pool and the foosball table were both hits with the family. Everything was clean and neat. Honestly, we didn’t sleep well. The beds are terribly uncomfortable and creak with every move.

Our family stayed here for a week. Overall, the house had some nice amenities - there is a pool, hot tub, full kitchen, grill, and washer/dryer on site. The house is technically oceanfront but there is a somewhat annoying walk to actually get onto the beach - down a narrow path and then a very steep stairwell (so not handicap accessible and not for those with a fear of heights or a chair any wider than a Tommy Bahama). All of that was all well and good but this homeowner dropped in on us multiple times throughout the week to the point that we did not feel like our privacy was being respected. Also, the house left a lot to be desired in terms of comfort - it was fairly dirty when we arrived, the windows lacked blinds/drapes which was incredibly bright at sunrise, and the furniture in the living room was uncomfortable wicker patio furniture. Not the worst value for the price but I’d look to a different property for our preferences in the future.

We stayed at Ocean Panorama for two months in the winter. The views from the rental are phenomenal! You have a sound view and a beach view. Access to the ocean is amazing, the beaches were beautiful and vacant. The rental is very private and very quiet. The hot tub was perfect after a long days beach walk. The owner was thoughtful and responsive with any questions. We were sad to leave and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Dan was an amazing host. Always available to help. The house was huge, and perfect for us. The extra room with the little table and chairs was very quaint and a lovely bonus. Hot tub made the trip! We used it daily. This was one of our best trips ever. The only thing missing was the firestick for TV, but we always bring our own for family movies. All beds were comfortable. Check-in was super easy. Kitchen was well-equiped. Will be back!

The view and the porches - AWESOME. The floor plan very good. The bed in the master bedroom was vety good. Beds in the smaller rooms were uncomfortable for older adulst. We enjoyed our stay but had one problem and some suggestions. Problem: The head of the kitchen faucet (the kind that the faucet pulls out and becomes the sprayer) was gross. We noticed it when filling a glass - there were black specks. We scrubbed it clean, but what was left were what we assume were hard water deposits. I scraped that off with a wooden skewer that we found in the drawer and we then felt comfortable with using the water. Suggest checking the faucet occasionally. Suggestions Replace the curtain rod in the small room facing the ocean. There are no stops on the rod to hold in in place. My friend pulled the curtains open one morning and the rod fell. One of the amenities was beach gear. The chairs need to be replaced or just don't provide chairs. One is not usable. Maintenance needs to check the porch light at the door. It was not working when we left. Would be good to have more than 2 kitched towels for a week stay. I know we could have called for more but we did not. Seems more efficient to just provide more. There are 2 lights over the dining room table. One comes one when using the switch, the other you have to screw in the light bulb. We enjoyed the porch and the view so much we might come again.

This was our third year staying at Ocean Panorama. The interior had just been repainted. Everything was great for our stay, from the condition of the house and pool to the perfect weather. The property manager checked in to make sure all was well. We love this house and plan on returning next year.

Very relaxing trip. No need to even leave the property. Having your own pool is wonderful. Dan is an excellent property owner. We hope to come back to this beautiful location!

The views were gorgeous and the location to the beach was perfect, private yet very accessible. The pool was a huge part of our rental decision, and it did not disappoint. The inside of house could use some help but overall we had a relaxing vacation.

A couple things that would've made our stay better would be a heated pool. We came down the first week of May and the temperatures were still pretty mild and the pool was cold every day. Also, it would've been nice to have something other than wicker patio furniture to sit/lay on in the living room after a long day; the wicker furniture was not very comfortable. Overall the house was stocked well. We enjoyed our week and loved the views from the balconies.

Literally the only negative here is the pool isn't heated....otherwise it's amazing! The location was unbelievable, the house was comfortable and everything we needed was there, included games for rainy days (we had one). Definitely would stay again, but maybe later in the season....unless you get that pool heated ;)

Everything was exactly as advertised! This house has the most fantastic views, with easy beach access, nice private pool and hot tub, updated kitchen appliances for when we wanted to cook at home, a delicious restaurant within walking distance across the street for eating out, and rocking chairs on the deck for lounging with a good book. We also got to see dolphins from the upper deck! Dan was very responsive to any needs or questions during our stay. We will definitely plan on returning!

This was everything that we exspected. We will stay here again.

The property was clean and well kept. It was nice to have the pool/hot tub option when the ocean’s red flag days were too strong to play safely. Being in shape is a benefit with the number of steps up to the house and out to the beach, but love the fact that the beach is not crowded at all! Great trip!

My family and I loved our stay at Ocean Panorama! It was private, plenty of room for everyone, the view was spectacular. The pool and hot tub were great for the evenings after we had spent all day on the beach. The Dollar General was super convenient being a short walk across the street. There were days where we basically had the beach to ourselves. Dan was a great host and communication with him was quick and easy. We are already talking about coming back next year!

My wife and I stayed at Dan's Ocean Panorama property for an entire month. We wanted to escape "mud season" where we live in the northeast, and were looking for a property on a great beach with an outdoor deck from which we'd have great views and a place to enjoy morning coffee, read a book or have an evening cocktail. This property totally exceeded our expectations in those categories. While there are other properties nearby, including a large condo complex a few hundred yards off to one side, we felt totally secluded from neighbors. The underneath area serves as parking, with three bedrooms and two full baths above that on the second floor. Two bedrooms had sliders opening onto a large deck. We slept with doors open to the sound of the surf, and virtually no other sound until the birds started in the morning. There is a somewhat busy street down a narrow driveway (maybe 200 yards behind the house) but we never seemed to hear any road noise. Above the bedrooms, actually three floors up, is another full bath and an open kitchen/dining/living area which opens onto another large deck. The view over the dunes and onto the beach and Atlantic Ocean is breathtaking. We spent many hours on the deck relaxing, reading, soaking up the sun and watching dolphins and pelicans do their thing in the water. The hot tub and pool are extremely clean and private and we used them every day. The beach, just a short walk along a fairly private board walk, is terrific. Stretching for maybe ten miles in both directions, the beach is clean and, during our visit in April, very uncrowded. People were swimming in the ocean, which I measured at 63 degrees in early April. The home and beach are very dog friendly, and our 11 year old lab was as happy there as we were (although if your dog doesn't like stairs, it may be an issue for you). We found golf and some nice restaurants on the island. There is a fish market a short walk away and we got freshly caught local fish for dinner several times. Owner Dan was very easy to contact and is responsive, and his brother Ron was close by and most willing to help with any issues, of which we had few despite a month long stay. We look forward to another future visit to Ocean Panorama.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house is very livable and the location is perfect- just a 1 minute walk down a private wooden path to the beach. Lovely views of the ocean from the living area and deck.

Very satisfactory. I hope the Beach doesn't allow any more development around this property. The tall monstrosity to the west was shocking to see. It's so big and tall that the sunset was completely blocked from view.
