Reviewer Comments:
This little resort is located in Sevierville is in an excellent location! Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of tourists to allow for quiet relaxation and amazing scenery of the mountains but close enough to get almost anywhere you’d want to visit in 30min or less! Our cabin was extremely clean and very nice. We stayed for a week and noticed the cabins on each side of use had multiple guests during this time and the cleaning crew do actually drain, thoroughly clean, and refill the hot tubs after each guests check out. Will definitely stay again!

Reviewer Comments:
The only issue that we had once one night while relaxing in the hot tube, we heard a knock on the back door window. "Which startled us since the only two people that were to be in the cabin were sitting in the hot tub." When we looked over there was a man standing there. When we asked who the h*ll he was, how he got inside and why he was inside the cabin, he stated he was maintenance and coming to look at the hot tub. When we told him nothing was wrong with the hot tub, he then looked at his phone and noticed he was at the wrong cabin 75. He was supposed to be next door at cabin 74. He apologize for scaring the sh*it out of us and let. We texted the number that we had for the company and asked who all has access to the cabins and were told maintenance and the cleaning people but they wont come in unannounced. When I explained what had just happened, they said sorry. Other than this incident the stay we had was good.

The view of the mountains was spectacular! Also loved watching the zip line action from the balcony. Cabin was very cleaned. Not an abundance of cutlery in the kitchen. The entire cabin , interior and exterior, needs a lot of cosmetic maintenance. HVAC return filter was filthy.

Reviewer Comments:
Good, stairs were bad for older folks with hip and knee problems, thought it said all on main level. Needs blinds bad in pool table room, toilet downstairs dirty. The view absolutely the best and all was quiet. Would come again if knees and hips hang in there.
