Great spot - so easy to walk to restaurants, bars and the coast. And Davide was a very helpful host.
The trains run close by but we quickly got used to that.

Nice antique furniture
Loud trains keep running all night through every half an hour. The deafening noise leaves a person sleepless. Besides, if it’s B&B where is the breakfast?

Nice and secure place
U didn't like the steps into the entrance of the apartment.

It must have been the cleanest room we have ever stayed!!!! Vary spacious and with personal care furnished by the owner, the very polite and friendly Davide who also makes and serves the beautiful italian breakfast. Location close to everything, family owned building, we highly recommend it, very value for money choice.

Short distance to all important places, beautiful garden.

The owner is so nice, he help us a lot, he’s open to talk and tech you the city, the apartment have a nice view, it’s big and comfortable, the room is big and has lovely furniture
