Il Summit Yacht Club 31 è una casa a schiera con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni, con vista sulla collina che domina il Lago di Dillon e le montagne circostanti. 8 posti letto. Questa unità offre un modo economico per essere nel centro di Dillon. L'ingresso al secondo piano accede ai due piani di questa casa a schiera. Ha un'atmosfera da appartamento da sci d'epoca ed è situato nel cuore di Dillon. Facile passeggiata per il nuovo Dillon Amphitheatre da $ 8 milioni per spettacoli da giugno a settembre. Passeggia anche per ristoranti, coffeehouse, brewpub, bowling, parchi e mercato estivo degli agricoltori. Unità terminale piena di luce con due ponti. La cucina completamente attrezzata si trova all'ultimo piano e ha tutto tranne un forno a grandezza naturale - piano cottura a 4 fuochi, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero di dimensioni standard e un tostapane. Sedili da bar da cucina 3. Grande schermo piatto nel soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, camino a legna, sdraio e wifi gratuito e via cavo. Camera da letto principale con letto matrimoniale e bagno all'ultimo piano. Il piano inferiore ha una camera per gli ospiti con letto matrimoniale, schermo piatto, terrazza privata e vista sul lago. La seconda camera degli ospiti ha due letti singoli. Sala bagno condiviso. Meravigliosa terrazza si affaccia sui giardini, sul lago e sulle montagne. Centrale a tutto ciò che la Contea di Summit ha da offrire. Meno di 5 minuti al supermercato, REI, Starbucks, articoli sportivi, noleggio sci / pensione, outlet Silverthorne e negozi. Passeggiata a Dillon Marina per noleggio di barche, kayak e SUP. Una facile passeggiata per il nuovo Dillon Amphitheatre per i concerti estivi. Parcheggio di superficie. Vicino al percorso ciclabile della contea di Summit / rec che collega tutte le località e le città con oltre 30 miglia di sentiero lastricato. Il servizio di autobus gratuito Summit Stage è a pochi passi e collega tutte le città e i resort. L'unità è direttamente di fronte al Dillon Town Park con parco giochi, campi da tennis, bocce, pallacanestro, sentieri e campo multiuso. In inverno è a soli 5 minuti da Keystone, 15 minuti da Arapahoe Basin o Copper e 25 minuti da Breckenridge. Visualizza le piste Keystone e Night Skiing Lights dal mazzo.

It was nice to open the living room curtains to see the panaromic scenic view of Lake Dillon and surrounding area. Internet service was really good. The furnishings and atmosphere was pleasant.

We were a bit worried because the two previous reviewers did not give this place good reviews. Turns out we had nothing to worry about. This is a lovely little mountain apartment condo that served as a great home base for our mountain adventuring. It was nice to stay upstairs and have the kids downstairs and have our own spaces.
The decor is comfortable and quaint. It is an older building, and I suppose one could spruce it up, but it matches the Dillon mountain vibe just fine.
We had plenty of towels and utensils and ended up making breakfast and lunch for each day of our stay.
If I could suggest an improvement it would be to improve the beds. They are all older beds with a foam top, which is not terribly comfortable.
We did run out of toilet paper and paper towels and bought our own.
Check-in and check-out was great.
The view from the patio is gorgeous. It was nice to open up the patio doors at night and watch the sky and lake darken.
The apartment is within walking distance of the amphitheater. Be sure to walk to to the farmers market on Friday mornings. Best smoked fish I've had in a long time!

The location was wonderful with views of the mountains and the reservoir, but the condo was quite worn; shades wouldn't close, the downstairs shower didn't work, and the keys were impossible to work.
