Liked the ease of qccess to the MGM but having a larger room. Loved the big windows and view from 26th floor.

Unless it’s discounted the room needs to be redone everything is broke they need to take care the place better that’s all

We had a wonderful stay in Vegas and we love staying at The Signature, at MGM. The room was a great escape when we were done with our day. And any questions were quickly answered by the property manager. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Just as pictured. VERY clean. I loved that it smelled like nothing. It didn't smell like cleaner. It smelled like nothing. Perfect. Short walk to elevator. Easy check in. I'd definitely stay again. We liked the signature pool. The MGM has an awesome pool but too crowded for us. The signature pool was perfect.

Our stay at the MGM towers was unbelievable. The host kept us informed every step of the way, and the place is just like the pictures beautiful with a great view. The fact that it was private owned in a hotel suite tower, was no issue at all, and saved us a ton of money!

Beautiful view and NO RESORT OR PARKING FEES. The only adult only pool between all of the pools at the MGM and the Signature.

Had a great stay! Joe and Debra were awesome and extremely helpful. Room was quiet and peaceful and the signature was close enough to the strip. Short walk to all the fun! Self parking is way easier than valet. Would stay again!

Very clean unit. The manager/owner was courteous and kept in touch and responded to my texts immediately. I would highly recommend this unit.

Our only issue was stove top didn't really get hot enough to be functional, which was a little inconvenient after spending 75 dollars on groceries but I guess most people don't cook in Vegas. Perfect place for a long weekend in Vegas! Close walk to the strip. Starbucks in lobby! Very clean! Huge room and bathroom. Exceeded my expectations! Connected to MGM Grand for easy access to food & drinks & casino. Will return!

The property was just as the photos. It had everything we needed and the location was a short 15 minute walk to the strip. Located on the 26th floor, it was very quiet and the view was beautiful at night. Upon our arrival, we found a couple of issues with the kitchen sink (plugged) and hot water in the shower (scorching hot). Disappointed after a long day of travel. We contacted Joe in the morning and he immediately called in help to repair the problem. We left for breakfast and upon our return, it had already been fixed. The maintenance man even returned to be sure everything was satisfactory. This would not deter our returning to this property. Great property overall.

You can't beat the home sweet home feeling! Tower 1 is the best because Starbucks, the gym and local bar is just downstairs. I love that you don't have to walk through a casino every time you come and go. Enjoy!

Great property and loved being on the 26 floor to avoid almost all of the outside noise. The staff at the desk were great, but only there from 8am until? The valet in tower one starts at 5:30am, so if you’re heading out really early, the tower two people are there. It’s quite a hike to the front of the mgm, it’s easier to walk outside. This unit was great and the owners are amazing, available vis text for everything.
