The apartment is located in a good position, 10 min walk to city center and 20 min walk to Postiguet beach. It is also located 5 - 10 min walk to main market of Alicante and tram station from where you can easily reach and visit other sites like San Juan beach, Villajoiosa, Altea,... and 15 min walk to train station from where you can easily reach other cities (Valencia, Murcia,...). The dialogue with the owner was very easy and the facility had everything needed for a 5 day stay during the summer time.

Very clean, with a very responsive host, Raul.
Good size apartment for three adults. Plenty of shops and cafes/ restaurants nearby.
Good value for money
Apartment could do with air con in bedrooms as well as living area. Fans in bedrooms only partially effective in hot weather.
20-25 minute walk to promenade, beach and main restaurant area of Alicante.
