great area, clean rooms,
very close to tram and central

it had private bathroom. location was not bad.
they didn't provide wohnungsgeberbestätigung. room was cold. staff didn't know english. it doesn't have a reception. it is expensive for what you get.

This was a perfect location with supermarkets 5 mins away, picturesque walks by the Danube, close to center, so shopping and parks are nearby.
The room had everything, even a small personal fridge, good wifi which had a problem at some point, but it was fixed quickly.

The room was quiet. I really liked the coffee machine in the kitchen, which is much better than the ones in similarly priced hotels in Ulm.
There is a bakery right across the street for your breakfast.
The chair in the room was not comfortable for working on a laptop.
