Stunning 2-floor appartment, just a few steps from the sea
Un'area bellissima con due maisonette di nuova costruzione nella zona di Xifias. Ha una vista mozzafiato sul mare e sulla roccia storica di Monemvasia. Dormire sotto il suono delle onde rilasserà la mente e l'anima, mentre l'alba dal balcone sarà un'esperienza indimenticabile.
Il 1 ° piano ha una cucina completamente attrezzata (frigorifero e lavastoviglie inclusi), un soggiorno con camino e un bagno. Di fronte al soggiorno c'è una grande porta del balcone da cui si può uscire per nuotare in spiaggia. Il 2 ° piano ha due camere da letto (una con vista mare e l'altra con vista sulle montagne) e un bagno. La camera da letto con vista sul mare ha una terrazza con alcuni gradini che portano anche alla spiaggia. L'ingresso della casa è al 2 ° piano. La casa ha anche un parcheggio aperto che può ospitare fino a due auto.
* L'area ha solo segnale 4G, ecco perché non c'è connessione wi-fi.

As advertised, this is a 2-level, 2-bedroom apartment literally steps from the sea. A steady breeze blew over the Aegean as we stared at Monemvasia. Beds were comfortable. There are two bathrooms, and a kitchen we barely used. Nice outdoor seating and table. A great place to slow down and enjoy the view. Just a few things to know ... the beach is rocky and the waves 1-3 feet high so it's different from some beaches ... no wifi and cell service is spotty ... about 10 minute easy drive to Monemvasia and there are closer good restaurants. Host was very communicative. Only glitch on check in was that we don't speak Greek, the host was in Athens, and his mother (who lives next door and doesn't speak English) seemed quite baffled by our arrival, but we worked it out. This appears to be a newer listing. You'll want a car here.

The house is actually an apartment (the owners mother living in the other, completely separated part of the house.
There is direct access to a pebble-beach and the crystal sea.
Monemvasia is just a short drive away with its restaurants, supermarket and everything else you might need.
There are many other typical Tavernae very close to the house, offering wonderful food, so you do not really need the kitchen, which could be stocked a little bit better.
Many small beaches are close by, easy to reach, even Elafonisos is just a 30 min. drives away.
The owner is always ready to be contacted and extremely helpful with all questions.
Definitely highly recommended!
