Great neighborhood and close location to Disney. The place is big and has room and could easily be a 5 star if it was cleaned up a bit decorated and organized. Only downsides are some power outlets didn't work for charging, garbage disposal was clogged and in the two bathrooms there was water damage to ceilings. All things can be fixed and cleaned up and the place is great.

We came to join some family from across the country to go to Disney together, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was easy, and we thought the holiday decor was delightful. Decor and furnishings are an eclectic mix, but we really appreciated how clean it was, and how easy it was to access the parks. We would definitely stay again.

All i can say is if your going to stay bring or buy some Bleach and Lysal spray and pinsal to mop the floors and whip off the sofas and Is countertops in bathrooms and kitchen . You will have to spray the beds down with Lysal and do not Expect to use the pool or hot tub no matter what time of the year it is Is .the home is close to disney land but not suitable for staying i was embarrassed

We read the reviews about all the numerous; needs updating, cleanliness/maintenance complaints, phantom plugs/switches, no dressers or luggage racks, etc. However, we decided to stay anyway so there's no reason to go over all those issues. On our arrival the furnace/AC was not working. Vincent had had his guy come to fix it the next morning however it ended up taking 4 days (out of our 7) to get it working. Although the temperatures weren't extreme it was not comfortable with the temperatures in the high 40's outside and low 60's inside overnight and throughout the morning. The outside pool area was filthy and disgusting. The furniture was covered in dirt and spider webs. We spent the good part of an afternoon hosing off and wiping down everything so we could use it. We informed Vincent and he offered to send the cleaning staff the next day but it was too late for us. Vincent was always very reachable and apologetic for our inconvenience, and supposedly very thankful for our patience. However, when we asked if he would offer us some form of compensation for this inconvenience, perhaps a day or 2 credit for our 7 day stay, he refused. He said, "we do our best to provide a relatively suitable environment for our customers". (His words) Not exactly as described in his property details....

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The space was just as described in the listing. The bedrooms were good size with comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but both were clean and ready to use. The hot tub was on and working when we arrived. As stated in other reviews, the decor is a little outdated and the entire house could use a deep clean. The kitchen, baths, and beds were all clean, it was mainly the baseboards, doors, and trim that was dirty. The neighborhood was quiet and super convenient to Disneyland. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

The property is large and spacious, however, it was dirty. The bath mats looked as though they hadn’t been washed for a long time. There was mold on the the shower curtain in the bathroom with the tub. The dishwasher was extremely dirty.

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stayed. The pool and spa was a big plus. Nice quite neighborhood. We will definitely book in the future.

Our family had a great stay here. Plenty of beds and seating for everyone. The pool area and patio are excellent. Very private. Close to the Ralph’s grocery store. Vincent was very responsive and took care of everything we needed.

We read all the reviews and knew what to expect. Location and spaciousness - excellent. Excellent communication. The pool was never cleaned while we were there. The house cleanliness could have been better. No dressers. Some weird electrical issues with lights and switches. But location and size were exactly what we wanted, and we were pleased overall.

Overall the house was great. Centrally located in So. Cal and close to Disney. Plenty of room although the bathrooms are a bit small. The inside of the house is very nice and clean, the one issue was the outdoor patio needs to be cleaned. I mentioned this to the owner and I think he will have it cleaned so probably a non-issue.

4 days of fun! Our VRBO was 15 minutes from Disney and knotsberry. Perfect location! Plus only an 11 minute walk to Ralph’s grocery store. Very convenient!

This is like staying at a 2.5 star hotel, like a La Quinta Inn. Nothing fancy or special, needs updating, you question the cleanliness, but due to price, convenience and location - you sometimes go with it.
There are a lot of beds, though not the most comfortable. No dressers to be seen in the house, but lots of closet space - live out of your suitcase. Probably not enough dishes if all of the beds are occupied.
The AC was set to 60 degrees. We manually would turn it up because we were freezing, only to realize it was programmed to drop to 60 at different points throughout the night. It took some time to figure out why it was always so cold.
There are amenities such as a pool and hot tub, but I question when they were cleaned, chemicals balanced, etc.
There are a lot of fake plants for decor, but in my opinion just collect dust. The whole place could use a deep clean - especially dusting. There was a thick layer of dust on the chandelier over the dining table. My son slept in the bunk room and had bug bites all up and down his arm and we saw an ugly house centipede in that same room, which really made me wonder what other beds were lurking.
Also, the "unique passcode" is not so unique. We had communication challenges wiht Vincent and misunderstandings, where we asked to check in a day early, we were told to make sure it was after 3/3:30, when we got there and used the unique code to open the door, there was clearly another family still staying there.

This house has a lot of potential but needs some serious updating. Paint, interior window blinds, decorating would go a long way. The electrical situation also seems odd. Light switches in each bedroom but absolutely no lighting. Location is great! Good communication with host.

This was our third year staying at this property and it has declined significantly over the years. One bedroom had a leak on in the roof that you could tell was patched several times and not fixed properly resulting in a pool of water on the floor. There was also coachroaches in the house during our stay.

This home is great for a large group especially with kids. A shirt drive to the Disneyland resort. Loved all the amenities of the home. Cleanliness could be improved in the bathrooms but overall not too bad. Very spacious to spread out with a lot of people. Roof in one bedroom did leak during the rain but host was very responsive about this issue.

The house was close enough to everything we needed. We were in town for a week long conference. Only a few minutes to the convention center and Disney. Only negative is the home can use some minor refreshing. I would stay at this home again without question.

This was a perfect get-away! It has a convenient location to enjoy everything Anaheim, Long Beach and Los Angeles has to offer. This home also has tons of ways to stay occupied if you need a down day to relax around the house.
There were plenty of beds and bathroom and a great sized kitchen, it makes it easy to settle in quick!

The house is very spacious, clean, tidy & smells good with the wall scent. I recommend this place especially to a bigger family. Just 8 minutes away from Disneyland, very convenient. Lots of stores around to buy your groceries. Love the area.

Enjoyed the home and our vacation very much. Great location, close to Disney, and Knotts restarted etc. In and Out burger about a mile away. We don't have in and out in New Mexico so it was a luxury. Home was very clean and had all we needed. Will stay at this home again and refer family and friends as well. Owner was very nice and communicated with us the whole week to see if all was well and to see if we needed anything. Overall great experience.

Loved the new floors!! The kitchen is nice but definitely needs some new baking pans, and pantry essentials besides foil. Very quite neighborhood, beds are comfy and tons of blankets and towels. Towels are great quality. Couch is comfy !! Our only complaint was need more wash clothes. Only 3 in the whole house and there were 6 of us. Also definitely needs a fresh coat of paint. The housekeeper was so incredibly nice. We arrived a little early. We told her not to rush. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our group of 9. Everyone had enough space, the kitchen was fully equipped and there were 2 washers and dryers to boot. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. Oh yeah, the beds were totally comfortable!

The house was awesome. Everyone in our party loved it. House was clean and spacious. Beds were very comfy. Plenty of towels and pillows. Good water pressure and lots of hot water. Washers and dryers worked well and it was nice there was two sets of them so we could wash more than one load at a time. Kids loved the pool and diving board. Good TV services, my husband and father didn’t have to miss any of the sports they wanted to watch. The house is in a good location with quick access to grocery store, restaurants, and Starbucks.

The host Vincent was very responsive and I felt we had great communication which made staying easy. We loved the pool and hottub, and the house layout was great every one could enjoy peace and quite after all of our busy daytime adventures. We were 8 minutes away from Disneyland, 30 minutes to Huntington Beach, 30 Minutes to Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farms and Midevil Times. Fortunately it was also minutes away from our family that we also went to visit. We were also very close to grocery stores and convenience food so we didn't go without anything we would need to make it feel like home. We would definitely rent this house again.

The house itself was quite older than the photos portrayed. The bedding, drapes, towels, and blankets, were very outdated. The paint on the inside and floors were cracked and peeling. In some spots they were moldy. The vents for the air conditioning were covered and fill and made us feel dirty.
The outside pool area was covered in spiderwebs, dirt and tree debris from around the property. The pool itself was dirty, and didn’t not have materials for us to clean it. The property offered a diving board, but stated we were not allowed to dive.
The television set up was direct tv but only offered little channels.
One of the bedroom floors was cracked and had dirt under it.
Overall, the house needs to be deep cleaned.

Property is great and spacious. The property was not entirely cleaned when we arrived and it seems like some parts of the property have gone without sprucing for awhile. Altogether a great price for an amazing house!
