My wife and I had an excellent stay here. Perfect spot for a couple or single person traveling. The studio was clean and quiet. There was a slight issue getting the key code (VRBO's fault, not the host), but Robin responded to us promptly and got the issue resolved. The outdoor yard and kitchen were awesome. Can't recommend this host and property enough! We will absolutely stay here again next time we're in Tucson.
Don't listen to the reviews saying it's a scary neighborhood. These people have obviously never spent time in a truly bad area. Yes the neighborhood is a little bit older, but it was quiet and we never once felt in danger. Don't hesitate to stay here!

I really like this place and everything was pretty clean. The only thing that was kind of worried about was those paw prints on the bed sheets set everything else with wonderful.

This studio was conveniently located near a bunch of local attractions, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. A good place for a stay in Tucson.

This is basically the master suite that has been separated from the rest of the home. Big enough room with some places to sit and a small kitchen nook that must have been the closet. Large bathroom and great fenced in backyard where our dogs could roam and hang out. About fifteen minutes from the university. Very comfortable and the owners were communicative and friendly. We bought a small air mattress so our daughter could spend one night with the dogs. Definitely recommend!

Place was nice and tidy, had no problems finding it due to good directions. Deadbolt was different as warned, hope they get that fixed soon. Would recommend for simple 1-2 person crash pad.

The studio was adorable and very comfortable. Having a fenced in backyard was great for our dog. We really enjoyed our stay and the value for the money is great!

This is my second stay at a property owned by these Hosts. They are wonderful to work with and I highly recommend staying at one of their properties.
This unit is in a neighborhood setting, but you have the back of the house with a spacious PRIVATE outdoor area with a large grill and every item you would need to cook outside in a covered area. Perfect spot for 1-2 people.
The front of the house is another unit with 2 bedrooms and I scoped it out for a U of A Graduation Party.
I had a misunderstanding about where to park as I (ME,not the hosts) did not follow the directions provided. The Host was quick to respond and even offered me another option.
It is about a 10 minute drive to U of A.

The yard is private and large and there was plenty of room for our two dogs. The towels were so soft and the aesthetic of the place was cute. Overall it was a nice room to stay at for 2 nights.
Just remember to log out of your Netflix before you leave!

Ok, so, yes, I have managed high end hotels in the past. But this wasn't about that. This was to zoom in and support an old friend with major health issues nearby. This is a cute, dessert chic studio pretty much just as advertised. Super comfy bed, mediocre but adequate TV, effing awesome showerhead, probably illegal in green states, and don't be in the tub when it fires up.... It will be forcefully cold.
Never had to contact the rentee, but I'd leave this. No, there were not any bags in the trash cans, the info left in the room took me to places never been before in multiple visits to Tucson, which was a plus, the towel inventory was off, and there was a set of someone's retainers in one of the drawers. Not something one expects. By in large, and especially for the price, this is a phenomenal buy. Really nice stay. I looked at the outdoor kitchen... I could have catered a party for 30 there. Nicely laid out. The folks complaining about the neighborhood, phlllt. Nicely done inexpensive rental.

There isn’t much really to say. It felt like being at home. All that I needed was in place. The place is super clean, quiet, there’s a secure camera, which brought much comforts to me. Robin was right by her phone, helped me out tremendously, everytime I had a question, she was there ready with an answer.
I’d recommend this place to anyone, and it’s affordable.

The house the room looked okay for the price. The neighborhood was scary so I didn't stay.
Too bad you have a fairly nice house in a questionable area. Feel free to use my rent to ask the neighbors to move their garbage cans, take down the beware of dogs sign and move the rusty vehicles after they clean up the trash. I might have stayed anyway except the rental car company comped me a brand new Mustang. It didn't feel wise to park it across the street from them. Can't you report them to the city and get them to clean it up? Too bad-good luck.

Cute, comfortable lodging that beats a motel stay hands-down! Great communication from hosts and very responsive to needs, including dropping off tissues and dish soap. If I could offer one suggestion it would be to upgrade the pillows. Location is quiet with private yard and patio. Overall, highly recommend.

The unit was just as pictured. The outside patio was very private and provided extra space. The unit/house is weel taken care of.
Was a bit taken back by the neighborhood/area. We did not have any problems, but we definately did not leave anything in our car.

Great place to stay for summer.
I needed an inexpensive place to stay during my summer internship and this place was perfect. No kitchen but nice size fridge, hot plate, microwave and grill were enough.
