La casa è stata decorata in modo professionale dalla migliore società di interior design della zona, Bethany Resort Furniture, ed è stata recentemente aggiornata con nuovi divani e divani d'amore, nuovi mobili da giardino e tutta la nuova elettronica all'avanguardia. Inoltre, è stato installato un nuovo tappeto in tutta la casa per la stagione 2015. La casa dispone di 5 TV al plasma / LCD, lettore BlueRay, 2 lettori DVD, XBox 360, caffettiera Keurig, WIFI ad alta velocità e docking station per iPod. Biciclette, giochi da spiaggia e baby pack'n play inclusi. La casa è a pochi passi dalla bellissima club house che dispone di piscina coperta, sala giochi e grande piscina all'aperto con vista sulla baia, campi da tennis e parco giochi. La sala giochi è l'ideale per giocare a biliardo, biliardino, ping pong o giochi arcade. Anche se c'è una giornata piovosa, i bambini saranno completamente divertiti!

Ha una spiaggia pubblica gratuita che accetta animali domestici 365 giorni all'anno! Dal momento che si trova sul lato della baia, è molto calmo e l'acqua è molto bassa. Perfetto per i più piccoli.
Abbiamo anche un fantastico kayak sit-on disponibile per l'affitto. Whites Creek è un fiume assolutamente fantastico e appena fuori dalla nostra "porta sul retro". I don't like checking into a place and immediately noticing how it hasn't actually been cleaned (despite a cleaning fee being charged). The carpet just outside the kitchen had what looked like cat litter (didn't smell like it). The tablecloth (glued to the table for some reason??) had sticky drops/residue all over. Luckily there were Lysol wipes under the sink so I did a thorough wiping down of counters and table. The first dish I grabbed out of the cabinet had food dried onto it so I ended up pulling out what I figured we would use for dishes and running a load in the dishwasher.
We found upon arrival (late evening) that not a single roll of toilet paper was in the condo. I messaged the host to ask if there was a secret stash somewhere. Got a response right away that the cleaner should have stocked it. Ended up running to the grocery store nearby to get some.
We were so excited to be able to use the Jacuzzi. Unfortunately, when we filled it up and turned it on it spit out chunks of mold from the jets. Pretty gross. We let it run for a bit, drain, and tried again... same thing. We tried again the last night but due to a community-wide water issue from the storm that came through we couldn't fill the tub with "clean" water.
Place was "fine"... I'd suggesting finding a new cleaning company. Also, have someone come in and do some general maintenance/TLC/repairs. (drywall repair, shower heads, etc.)
Vrbo limits my review to 1500 characters so I can't say more...

Overall we loved the property with a few issues. If you’re traveling with people with mobility difficulties, there are a lot of stairs (to get in, upstairs, living room to kitchen) and the televisions were wonky. Other than that, it was a great location, clean and easy check-in/out.

We booked this last minute and my husband and I have been talking about it ever since. The house is beautiful, clean and spacious. The garage was filled with fun adult and children activities. We will definitely be coming back! Well done!

The complex and home were very nicely appointed and maintained. The host was amazingly helpful and responsive (best we've had after dozens of rentals!). Attached garage was a nice bonus but had too much clutter to fit 2 cars and parking for the second car was a good distance away. The biggest design flaw was the lack of dining space. There is barely room to seat 6 people in the relatively small kitchen and the dining set leaves little room to move around. The kitchen was well-stocked but sharp knives and better cookware are needed. Although we appreciate this is a pet friendly home, we found the carpet and LR rug to be less than clean. Location was short driving distance to everything we needed, including many great restaurants.

The linens and sheets provided were very good quality. Brooke, the property contact, was very helpful. However, it was further from the beach than we liked.

Brooke's property was perfect for our party of 6 adults, two babies and a great dog! Everyone had their own spacious space and there was a great living room and porch for us all to hang out on. The clubhouse nearby was wonderful, everyone enjoyed the pool, we cooked out on the pool deck, and there were lots of beach and pool toys available. Brooke was very responsive and helpful, highly recommend him and his properties!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Brooke is aware of the plumbing issue we experienced and did the best she could to fix the problem. The TV situation should be addressed. It was impossible to use live or subscription channels without experiencing buffering problems. This happened every time we

From first contact Brooke was amazing. The house is absolutely beautiful. (4)bedrooms (all with TVs) and (4) bathrooms. All the household items you could think of were stocked in the house. The neighbors were welcoming and so friendly. They even came and hung out with us. Brooke is a "Superhost". The communication was effortless. I will be planning my next trip soon.

This property is clean, comfortable and as described. Everything worked well. Communication with the owner was prompt. .
What I liked best about this place is that there were no weird rules (cleanup was just loading and starting the dishwasher and taking out the trash). It was slightly cold when we arrived and the thermostat didn't have a Fort Knox level lockbox on it. The heat worked well.
I recommend this place for families looking for a no nonsense, decent place to stay. The one issue I had was the wifi, but that's out of the owner's control.

The property was clean, fully equipped and conveniently close to everything we needed or our trip; grocery store, package store, restaurants and the beach. We would highly recommend this home for folks looking for a stress-free vacation. Owner was VERY responsive to the two VERY small issues we had. Thanks again.

This rental was perfect for two families with younger kids. It had everything we needed. Easy walk to clubhouse which was huge bonus to our stay. Great communication with owner.

Celebrated New Year's here. We had a marvelous time at this property. Being close to the clubhouse was a treat. The walk along the water and the park was beautiful.
We had a couple or hiccups, but the communication with the owner was amazing and helpful.

We enjoyed staying in this home and it was perfect for a week in September. Two en-suites and more! My three year old grandson loved the trundle bed. Overall I would recommend this property.

This 4 Bedroom townhouse provided a clean, comfortable and spacious accommodation for our group of 7. All Furniture was nice and in good condition. We appreciated all the amenities provided- good quality linens and towels too. Everything was perfect. Brooke made everything easy for us from check-in to departure. Highly recommend to others!

House was very clean and as advertised! We had everything we needed. Having the community pools was great and it was a lovely, safe neighborhood. Nice for bike rides and walks with the kids. The host was very quick to respond before and during the trip and she also provided a website she created with tips and local recommendations, which I thought was helpful and thoughtful.
It’s about a 10 minute drive to beach and 10 minutes or less to restaurants, 5 minutes to a food store.
We would stay here again!

This was a great location and property for my family’s getaway- all of us coming from different directions (NYC, DC, PA and Ohio). We wanted a comfortable place we could gather, with amenities and near the beach!! We found all of that and more with this property in Bethany Beach! Brooke provided all the info we needed for a smooth process all around. The house is clean, comfortable and spacious. We loved having access to the clubhouse. We will be back!!

We had a relaxing stay in this quiet neighborhood not far from the beach. It wasn't perfect but it was good for what we needed. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us. We were thankful for the 4 beach chairs that were available for use and the beach was just a few minutes drive from the house or a short 2 mile run if you're up for an early morning jog. The wifi was really spotty but not a major inconvenience for us as we weren't teleworking. The whirlpool, disappointingly had really grimy jets with black gunk along the edges that hadn't been cleaned and made it unusable. I notified the owner who apologized and I told them we would welcome the cleaners to come out while we were there so we could still use it but the owner never responded to that request. We were really looking forward to using it and it was a big reason we rented the house. There were a few things in need of repair and replacement like the swivel chairs in the living room, one that sinks to one side when sat in. There is a split in the living ceiling that needs to be repaired and may indicate water damage. The kitchen table is oddly sticky at all times. One lamp in the master bedroom has a broken turn knob which makes it impossible to turn on. And there was a scarcity in the toiletries that were supposed to be offered. Very little hand soap and I had to take a toilet paper roll from another bathroom to use on the last day as there was no extras to be found. The Xbox in the one room would turn on and then off immediately and even if we could've turned it on there was only one controller to be found and no games. I believe it is listed in the description of the house so disappointing that it was unusable. Again, not a major inconvenience as we were primarily there for the beach but if you are planning to rent and use these things, confirm that they are in working order before using.

We just finished spending a week at this house with our family. The house is exactly how it is advertised, clean and large enough to host three families in one. It’s about a short 10 to 15 minute drive to the beach, and the amenities with the location is great. It was nice to have a pool option after a day at the beach. Also Brooke was extremely responsive, and always available to answer questions. We would certainly return if we came back to this area!

Beautiful community with an indoor pool, tennis courts and quiet streets for kids biking or skateboarding. Location is convenient to stores and very easy drive to main beach.
This house has good sized bedrooms. The beds will sleep 7-8 comfortably. Loved that there were TVs and DVD players in other rooms than the living room. The beach chairs and toys for use in the garage are really nice to have!

Best host ever!
Brooke is the best! He was easy to communiate with, highly responsive and went out of his way to ensure our stay was special. His home is very comfortable and well stocked with kitchen supplies to lightbulbs. The community is wonderful. Friendly neighbors and a clubhouse right down the street that provides an additional place to spread out and relax with pools and other entertainment. Most importantly, the home's location is perfect. Only 15 minute drive to either North Ocean City or Southern Rheobeth Beach in either direction. Close to a great 18 hole short golf course and a just few minutes drive to the beach. If you're an outside person and want to be close to everything you'll want to rent this home.
