Questo moderno appartamento dispone di 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni, un luminoso soggiorno con terrazza esposta a sud e cucina completamente attrezzata. C'è una bella vista sul mare dal soggiorno e una vista ancora migliore dalla terrazza sul tetto comune con la sua piscina. Grazie alla sua posizione centrale non è necessario noleggiare un'auto perché la spiaggia è a soli 5 minuti a piedi, il mini market è a soli 50 metri e l'enorme varietà di ristoranti e negozi di souvenir sono raggiungibili a piedi .
Alvor è un famoso villaggio di pescatori ed è pieno di fascino e carattere.
La città di Portimão è raggiungibile in soli 5 minuti in auto, mentre Lagos è raggiungibile in 25 minuti in auto.
Ci sono molti campi da golf nelle vicinanze, come Alto, Penina, Palmares e Morgado, per citarne solo alcuni.

We have been to Alvor many times and usually stay in a beachfront hotel, we decided to have a stay in central Alvor and have really been very impressed by this apartment’s central and very convenient location, and the friendly attention of the owners. We would not hesitate in recommending the apartment to anyone wanting a clean, modern central apartment.

The apartment lived up to all our expectations and it was very clean, very well equipped and very well maintained. The spacious balcony faces due South, so it gets sunshine from sunrise to sunset and the sea views are simply amazing. Heike, the property manager, provided great customer service.
The location is amongst the best in Alvor: It is literally a 2 minute walk to the main restaurants and bars, yet remains very quiet at night.
We stayed here for 6 weeks from mid-Jan to end of Feb 2017 and we would certainly recommend it to friends and relatives.

My wife and I have just returned home from a fantastic 1 week stay in this wonderful apartment. The apartment had everything we needed including a small private pool on the roof terrace. The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect being in the centre of the beautiful village of Alvor. We found the owners agent Heike to be so helpful explaining the workings of the apartment to us fully even taking her time to explain how the electrical appliances in the kitchen worked. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean with wonderful views of the ocean. We would most definitely be back to this apartment and would certainly recommend it to family and friends.
