The pool, the location with a small selection of shops
The pool bar needs to be better stocked and prevent staff from coming and going Instead just serve directly from pool bar

I like the location of the hotel. Being a solo traveller I was well entertained with the choice of restaurants, all in walking distance.
This holiday will be memorable because of my sea views.
Nothing to do with the hotel but I disliked guests walking through the lobby straight from the pool.

Breathtaking views. The grounds of the property and facilities inside the lobby were excellent. The individual room was in need of updating.
Housekeeping could not speak English and TV was out dated with very poor reception. The buffet was not good and appeared to have limited selection.

The location.
The service. I’ve been in Thailand for 13 years, and I have worked in the hotel industry for many years. They lack warmth. No friendly service at all. No smiles, except for Ing - one of the receptionists.
