Absolutely LOVELY room in an absolutely LOVELY historical building. Such care has been put into authentically restoring every inch of the space. The owner/host has the eye of an artist (everything is beautiful) and the management skills of a CEO. She has thought of everything! Small details (moveable full length mirror, medieval looking doorknobs that work like new, chocolates on your pillow that resemble the shale of the area, etc) in combination with the beauty and authenticity of the building AND such a friendly, communicative host made this my favorite stay of the entire vacation!

An elegantly restored historic property in the heart of Angers. The room was much more beautiful than we had expected. The staff were also so welcoming - and the breakfast was excellent. Having secure bike storage was a bonus too.
Nothing!
