As advertised, it seemed just perfect for our family and the location was centralized to everything we had planned during our stay. so location was great.

The property itself was clean but very dated with regards to its bath and kitchen finishes, furniture and decor. The window vertical blinds in several rooms are missing pieces so we had to place towels over windows for complete privacy! The exhaust fan in master bath did not work, the hall bath tub drained so slow that it left you standing in water several inches deep! There was a strange issue with the Vacasa checkin process, for some reason the rental agreement (that I had to request because the link provide by email was not working) that email was sent to me the day prior to us arriving, I emailed back signed and scanned agreement as required that same day. As of 2:00pm the day of checkin I still had not received my instructions on how to gain access to the property that was supposed to be ready for us at 4:00! I spent 45 mins of my vacation at Disney World on the phone trying to get that resolved. When I was finally provided the access code email as a result of MY call, it said the pool heater was not on unless requested 24 hours in advance (for an up charge) so we did not get this information in time to actually use the pool during our stay! The private pool is why we chose the house over a standard 2 bedroom hotel suite.

The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Plenty of room for my family of 7.

The only issue we faced was a maintenance call that I was not notified of and a parental control that was set on the main TV that did not allow for very many channels.
