Abbiamo molto apprezzato l'accoglienza degli host, sempre pronti a darci ottimi consigli e a rispondere tempestivamente a ogni nostra domanda.

Purtroppo il portone era difettoso, ma lo abbiamo fatto presente alla struttura che ci ha subito rassicurati dicendo che si trattava di un problema temporaneo e provvedendo ad aprirlo immediatamente. Le uniche due cose che non ci hanno convinto appieno riguardano le sedie, che purtroppo emanavano un odore di umido sgradevole seppur sopportabile, e le finestre, che non erano molto insonorizzate. Questi sono solo piccoli suggerimenti da verificare per il futuro.😁❤️

The bed was comfortable, staff is very friendly and the location is excellent. The room is also very nicely decorated. There is a common kitchen with pretty much everything you need to cook.

The walls are a bit too thin, you could easily hear other guests. It didn't really bother us too much, though.

Struttura accogliente e pulita ,posizione abbastanza comoda ,metro a due passi .La governante ci ha rifatto il letto ogni mattina .

Un po’ rumorosa data la posizione vicino alla strada . Letto basso e non comodissimo Muri da riverniciare o comunque da migliorare

Metro station is conveniently close by and the room was reasonably clean and made to be homely / cosy, nice enough for a cheaper alternative base but wouldn’t stay for more than a few days

Outdated style - bathroom could do with an update and overall general style could be modernised - you could tell it had been cleaned but the style made it not look clean if that makes sense, bathroom is very cramped with a noisy vent that was also dripping water next to the toilet (think it was connected to the AC), AC unit itself is quite loud and while it kept the room cool enough it wasn’t massively effective, only windows to the room lead directly on to the street / main road which is noisy if you want to keep windows open for fresh air (they do have shutters and bars so privacy isn’t an issue), bed was reasonably comfy but there was only one pillow each and the fabric headboard is questionable, distance to the city centre could become annoying (hence only recommending a few days here) metro is fast enough but can see the benefit of paying a bit more to stay in the centre, slightly strange vibe not seeing the hosts the whole time as it was all self check-in/check-out
