Service and food
Slightly costly and poor lightening

The staff was nice enough to change the room for us when we had a problem with the earlier room although it was a downgrade without reimbursement
The bathroom wasn't the cleanest. The sliding shower doors were dirty, the shower head was rusted. The burgler proof was rusted as well.
The room wasn't cleaned when I left. And the phone in the room did not work
