Highly recommend le Château d’Ozenay for anyone seeking a beautiful and authentic base in southern Bourgogne. Our host was gracious, welcoming and communicative. She gave us recommendations for places to visit and helped book a restaurant for us. The chateau itself has the charm and magic of a true historic Burgundian residence. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast on the terrace was very good.

Original 14-16th C chateau. No frills just lots of history. Well looked after by the proprietor. If you’re touring the Mâcon vineyards, this is a must.
The property needs some restoration do not expect luxury facilities. But the originality and history make up for that.
