- Everything is new, clean, smells nice
- Large balcony with clothes drier, comfortable chairs and a table.
- Quiet area, perfect for relaxing and listening to the wind going through the trees while drinking your good, free coffee in the morning
- Comfy bed
- Parking space
- Coffee machine with multiple capsules
- Fridge at the entrance in the building
- Easy access to main road
- Keychain is large and heavy, and it can't be temporarily removed
- Air conditioner direction towards the bed ( but if you don't sit in it's path it is ok)

Clean and comfortable, very accommodating staff / owners.
We really enjoyed the coffee machine in the room and the free parking - which in other areas could be a challenge in the season’s peak.
The location is very close to a couple of popular fish restaurants and some small remote beaches.
Also the alley to the main beach is a nice promenade with beautiful view over the sea and the port.
First impression of the neighbourhood is rather poor, due to several ongoing building renovations.

Ms Paula was very nice to us and since we arrived earlier than the check in time, she allowed us to enter the room. Inside everything is new, very clean and it looks like is made by a designer. The balcony also is big and under a willow tree, it was extremely nice for my son to do his homework there. I strongly reccomend it!
It’s not on the beach but within 10 min pretty walking time
