We loved its location.

The photos make this property look much better than it is. For instance, the spiral staircase and bedroom it leads to is tiny and so only suitable for small people. ie. child/teenager. The bedroom downstairs now has a cupboard in it (not shown in the current photos) which completely cramps up the space. Whilst the location is good it also comes with loud noise from the pub directly below it. (Until 2.30am for 2/3 nights that we were there.)

Perfect location in the old town Nice. Grocery just in front of the house. Coffee houses, restaurants, shops in the neighbourhood. Tram station for few minutes of walk. Comfy beds, we slept well. Clean and the living area stylish furnished.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an old house. We we're there in december, the flat was cold and AC could not really heat the living room. The flat is dark in the rainy or cloudy winter days. There are no heating option in the bathrooms. The spiral staircase is too narrow for an adult. The flat has 2 bathrooms, but only 1 toilet. We we're 3, but for 6 adult it can be a problem. Bathrooms are the worst points of this flat. One of them is too small, the plaster in the ceiling flakes, the shower is musty. It is not french chic or vintage, it was simply disgusting. The other bathroom with the toilet was very cold and water dropped from the slap. The owner tried to fix it, but dropping didn't stop. The kitchen is big, furniture is old, hotplate didn't work. This could be an amazing flat, if the owners mind some details.

Location was brilliant. We walked from the station as we had sat on a train for hours. It was easy and took 20 mins. Beds were very comfy but the apartment was noisy from both neighbours and passers by in the street. A couple more mirrors would have been well received and the bathrooms were a little tired. Water was very hot and one shower had great pressure. No fans, so condensation was an issue. Tea, Coffee (nespresso machine and pods) was available and the kitchen was more than adequate because we ate out. We didn’t meet the hosts but they were on the end of the phone and communication was great. Thank you

It was a little dark and the stairwell was a little dingy, but these were minor issues, we hardly stayed in the building, we were out walking, exploring and having fun

Very good place in the old town. Cosy apartment is nearby the shops, cafes, interesting places and the sea.

We did not have enough cups, but the hostess bought them and brought to us immediately :) Thanks
