Location and view are incredible. Davide was helpful and responsive.

Air conditioning was weaker than expected

The view from the house was spectacular, and it was clearly an open secret as the cab driver who drove us from the station immediately commented on how good the view was when he saw the address. The property was spacious and clean, and the washing machine (+dryer) and kitchen space making it ideal for a long term stay. Getting around lake como is easy from the property as it is near a bus stop and a ferry stop. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away from the property for groceries, and several great restaurants recommended by the host David. He has a booklet in the room that lists out some of the best restaurants in the area, so do check it out.

The property itself is up a slope and there are some steps, so keep that in mind if mobility is an issue.

Amazing location overlooking the lake and right across the street from the Tavernola ferry station. The studio apartment was just perfect!

Great view of Lake Como. Great bed. Very good location. Great space with washer/dryer in room and refrigerator/Microwave. Already planning a return.
