Great location in a quiet neighborhood with several small stores and restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable with sufficient space to store clothing and luggage. A nightstand and lamp on both sides of the bed was a bonus! The little outdoor space was nice in the early morning and evening- but completely closed in with concrete walls. The apartment is only 15 minutes walking from the main square and ferry terminal. Emma, the host, was exceptional with communication and instructions about checking in and using the property.

KEIN warmes Wasser, nie, trotz Anleitung für Warmwasser. Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer. Anmerkung: Keine Reinigung oder Handtuchtausch während des Aufenthalts (5 Tage) was bei Buchung nicht ersichtlich war. Nur gegen Aufpreis. Tropfender Wasserhahn und ständig laufende Toilettenspülung.

the property has a nice garden. the location is not perfectly in the city center but still around 10min walk which is fine with us. Grocery store is 5mjn walk. check in and out was easy.

Although the apartments are nice, we were missing some basic things especially for the bigger one on the ground floor with the kitchen. For example: it has dish soap but not a sponge, it uses gas for cooking but only box with 3 matches, missing pans for a proper cooking. was not a big deal but that could make this property perfect 10. internet was great in the deluxe room but if you are booking the garden apartment 4 dont expect to have a proper one.

La propriétaire demande des avis positifs en échange de réduction sur certaines activités, c'est donc pour ça que ce logement a autant d'avis positifs... alors que la propriétaire est vraiment folle ! Dans l'annonce Booking, il y a indiqué qu'il y a une cuisine commune, et nous avons gentiment envoyé un message à la propriétaire pour lui indiquer notre déception quand nous avons réalisé que ce n'était pas le cas et qu'il fallait qu'elle modifie son annonce, elle l'a très mal prit et a été très vite irrespectueuse ! Elle nous a insulté et dit de rentrer en France. Elle a voulu appeler la police pour nous faire sortir du logement alors qu'on avait déjà prit nos affaires pour partir, bref UN ENFER !! La propriétaire ne mérite pas qu'on loue chez elle, un comportement aussi raciste est INEXCUSABLE ! On voyage beaucoup et on jamais eu de soucis de la sorte, une expérience horrible que je ne souhaite à personne !

Self check in was convenient and easy. We booked this place because it was cheap and we would spend most of our time diving. Walking distance to ferry and city centre are good, both +- 15 minutes. We liked the fridge and the waterpump in our room. However, would not recommend to stay here if you plan to spend much time at the venue.

The room does not have a cosy feeling to it. Much concrete, little day light and felt a bit moisty in general. Area of the appartment is not too cosy either, didnt feel unsafe but also not ‘welcoming’.

El departamento que rentamos se acomodó a nuestras necesidades en temas de comodidad, practicidad y seguridad. La habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado, una cama amplia. El departamento cuenta con estufa, refrigeradora y todo lo necesario para cocinar. Además tiene un comedor y sala, nos permitió hacer algunos trabajos en línea. Funciono muy bien el wifi.

Solo cuenta con 1 estacionamiento interno. Afuera es seguro, dejamos el coche rentado 1 noche y todo estuvo bien. Pero al rentar un coche te preocupa que algo vaya a pasarle, porque implica más gastos. Por lo demás todo fenomenal.

Pésimo servicio. El anfitrión de lo peor al cancelar la reservación horas antes de ocuparla.

Die Unterkunft hat wirklich schöne Zimmer. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren top. Wasser gibt es kostenlos auf dem Zimmer, genauso wie Besteck. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die duschen sehr sauber. Fussläufig kann man alles gut erreichen. Ebenfalls kann man sich einen Roller mieten.

Wir hätten gerne die Option mit dem Shuttleservice genutzt aber leider kam die Antwort erst viel später am nächsten Tag. Aber sonst war alles super! :-)

Very clean and nice.. everything was new. Loved the breakfast patio. I also like the code for unlocking doors.

There were no wash rags and we had to buy some. We upgraded to a king size bed but we still had a qween.

Awesome spot, about 10-15 minutes walking from the main square by the ferry station. Nearby, there are some really good affordable places to eat that have much less of a touristy vibe to them. The room was super clean and modern! Hot water, A/C, TV with Netflix on it. Wifi was so so in the room we stayed in. When it worked well, it was enough to stream movies, which I would say was most of the time. The room had a big Crystal drinking water jug, which is awesome because it helps to reduce plastic bottle waste and makes it so you dont personally have to go out to buy small jugs of drink water! When we ran out of the 1st jug, they quickly brought a 2nd one to us! Awesome place to stay! Definitely recommend!

Poor water pressure. Not too much sunlight since there is only the main door to the toom, no windows.

They advertise a few different apartments. Some with one bed, and others with a bedroom and a separate living room with a sofa bed. I arrived with a client to dive and upon arrival had a room with only one bed and one single room. They told us they have no rooms with two beds despite still advertising them. We ended up having to book and entire other room from them which doubled our costs and they just shrugged about not having the room as advertised. They continue to advertise multiple apartments with two beds, despite not having any. I lost money on a work trip while bringing a client diving by needing to book another room.

Having a fridge, coffee maker and some utensils meant I could make myself breakfast every morning. Stores and the market are close by as is pretty much everything else in Cozumel. Having drinking water provided is definitely a plus as that way one can focus on our activities and not running to the store and carrying heavy bottles. Air-con and locks work just fine, access is easy and I felt safe. I look forward to returning some day.

As other travellets have pointed out, beds are on the hard side and may not feel comfortable to everyone. The only thing I would change are the pillows; it seems they had washed them and they became lumpy. All this said, I slept very well.

Check out at 10 am, no window in “luxury” room, no cleaning every day which is ok in general but when sewer is not working well u need to use dirty shower.

Wonderful place with extremely clean rooms, lots of greenery and shade, and very helpful managers. All the questions were answered promptly, and payments were processed through Stripe–very effective for foreign visitors. The bike rental deposit was also returned very promptly through Stripe as well. Quite close (about 12 minutes of walking) to the pier. All the important instructions about the stay (showers, AC, etc.) were sent ahead of time. The room had a large water bottle with a pump and had shampoo—very helpful details.

The room itself was very modern, clean and the bed was big and comfortable. There was great air con and the filtered water was a plus. I really liked the room and staying here and for a very good price!
