Fantastische ligging, stadsbus vlakbij ( 1/2 uurtje naar centrum), zeer rustig, gigantisch terras, binnen alles zeer ok. 2 kleine winkels op 100 m van daar die alles hebben, een grootwarenhuis op 500 m. En restaurants overal :-), eentje naast de deur die top is.
De afwas had wat properder gekund, misschien ook de glazen die al in de kast staan checken. En afwasproduct voor de afwasmachine zou ook wel gemakkelijk zijn ;-). De douchedeur repareren mag ook wel voor de prijs van het appartement. Maar het blijft een dikke 9 en meer.

Host Peter was great, he tried to his best for us. Kitchen was great. There should be barbecue. View is great. It is 1-2 min walk to sea.
When both showers are on, pressure on water drops significantly.

Beautiful location and perfect for a relaxing holiday with plenty to do and see in the area.
The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped with a stunning view.
It's easy to visit the sights of Valencia by bus or taxi so you don't need a car. It's also a great area to cycle around.
It was a little off-putting to need to pay a 300 Euro damage deposit by cash with the undertaking it would be returned by bank transfer in sterling after our departure.
We agreed it should be refunded before we left and was in our UK bank account before departure.

This is the perfect beach side apartment with direct access to the beach along with a lovely large terrace perfect for outside living. The area has a lovely relaxed vibe with a few restaurants and amenities nearby.
The master bed was a little small but that is a very minor issue

The apartment is very good. Great facilities, very clean and comfortable and perfectly situated for the beach. Letting agent was brilliant

Great location right at the beach, nice apartment. There is a nice terrace if you want to take a sunbath.
Even though we chose the flat party because it offered a sauna, it was not operational.

Absolutely everything. It was as if I was stepping into my own apartment, with absolutely everything you might need. The apartment feels brand new, so it’s spotless.
The terrace/patio is just out of this world, with a back door that let’s you step in right into the beach. My 2 kids loved this area. The only thing that I would add is a barbecue grill. With that, I could stay for a month.
It’s very spacious, with a beautiful kitchen right by the living area.
It’s place to relax and enjoy. The building has a pool, saunas, gym, but we didn’t use any of those things. We were either in the apartment, the beach, or enjoying Valencia.
The surrounding is nice, with restaurants, bars, supermarkets, an even a beautiful carrousel.
I would definitely go back and stay much longer. We loved it! And I congratulate the owner for such an excellent property.
