Mario's place was impeccable, spacious, and perfectly located. He actually has 2 double beds and a single. 2 of them are Murphy beds which creates lots of space. Make sure to check out the views from his roof! He is right next to the Castello Murat and around the corner from all the restaurants and the main square. Delicious Tartufo!!

The drive into the apartment is a little complicated if you don't know the town, and parking can be confusing. If you speak to Mario directly, he is helpful and has a private parking place!

Absolutely amazing, very clean, newly done, marvelous sea view, beautiful terrace, breakfast in a caffee nearby. The host is very welcoming and hospitable, we could leave our bags after check out.

Excellent view. Not only of the sea, but fun to watch the Italian people passionately negotiating the prime parking spaces below our little balcony. Immaculate room. Overnight parking in the lot below for 17€ using Easypark. Included breakfast was ice cream(!!) and cappuccino at the nearby Belvedere. They were pleasant to us.

Streets are very narrow and park is not easy , hopefully we had the possibility to park our car in the owner garage .thank you ...it is a pity to see old buildings abandoned and not restored

Top location in a brand new refurbished house. All very modern including the room top. Super friendly welcome. Breakfest in a Bar at the main square. In all: a magic place to feel very warm welcome

This is a great location, right off the main Piazza in Pizzo. The place looks to be recently remodeled, very modern and clean for such an old village. It has a balcony with great views. There is a observation deck on the roof with more great views. Breakfast is offered at Bar Belvedere in the main square. There is a parking lot right in front, which is so convenient. You pay one Euro per hour until midnight. It is free from midnight to 0900. There is a ticket dispenser in the south west corner of the lot. If you pay past midnight, your time rolls over to the next day!

It is a small space. There are only two desk chairs against a counter in the corner, not good for relaxing. It would be better if there were some cups and a coffee machine. The host is not there. You have to communicate through texting. If you are not from Italy, you have to have roaming service in Italy. Mine did not work. Fortunately my wife's did.

Timpa really exceeded our expectations! The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable, with an amazing view of the sea. And Mario was so kind and helpful with everything we needed!! Would recommend 100%

Timpa B&B is in a wonderful location, next to the main piazza, and overlooking a small port. Parking is difficult but we were lucky to find a spot (you have to pay for parking). A short walk in the morning brought us down to a small beach in the port. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was continental at a nearby caffe`.

The internet connection could be better.
