I liked the atmosphere and all furniture is good. Apartment is located in old town of Tbilisi, so it is close to major sightseeing places. We didn’t even know that near our apartment was a mini waterfall, highly recommend to visit it! Wifi is strong, host is nice, I liked the stay so much. Thank you for warm and comfortable stay, Irma

When we just arrived there was no water in the house, but it’s not a problem of apartment, it’s the issue with the street or city in general.

Great location and quiet, Perfect location for tourists, close to everything. Wonderful views

only thing is a bit of a steep uphill walk as road is mostly closed to cars.

The location is perfect! All the sights are in a walking distance. The view from the terrace is awesome! The apartment is cosy, clean and welcoming. There is a kitchen and you can even use the washing machine.

If you arrive by car/taxi, you have to walk 200m up the road towards the house to ask to open the driveway. Due to the location, in the old city, the sounds of loud music and singing from restaurants reach the apartment till late evening. Besides, talking and smoking of the people from the adjacent house (terrace) reach the room if you open the windows. There's a shared kitchen and terrace leading to the rooms, so noise or smoking of the other guests can disturb, though I was lucky. Unfortunately, the breakfast is not offered in the apartments.

Awesome location, right in the heart of Old Tbilisi, 3 mins walk from the sulphur baths. Very lovely and caring hosts, happy to help witheverything. We felt very welcome in this place. Wonderful property, garden, view was awesome. We loved spending time drinking wine on the shared terrace. Fully equipped shared kitchen, good WiFi. Everything a traveler needs for a pleasant stay. Highly recommend this place. Parking is available

You need to climb a relatively steep mountain to reach the place. It's totally fine for a healthy person but might be a bit challenging for a person with health issues. The property is located on a private road and the host needs to open the gate for you to enter. The road that climbs to the property is steep and 2 way and it's a bit challenging to use the car.
