We really enjoyed our stay in July. The living room and kitchen seemed larger than the picture showed. The kitchen was well stocked with many items you don't get in typical rentals - extra TP, paper towels, etc. The complex was beautiful and safe for our teenagers to walk around without us. We would definitely stay again.

The location to Keystone Resort is perfect. The unit had a few minor issues. The fireplace did not work and the heat wasn't sufficient to keep the unit warm so portable heaters were used that were stored in the closets. The guest bedroom door will not close due to the second bed in the room.

Condo location was good. Overall the condo was in poor condition. Carpet is at the end of its life as was a couch and one bed frame. The fireplace was not working. One elevator in the building meant long wait times or take the stairs, which is fine when not in ski boots carrying equipment. Overall the condo is due for a facelift.

Easy to tell it was a rental unit. Could feel springs on Master bed. Leaned it up against a wall and brought a mattress from the guest bedroom. Microwave needs replaced. Carpet filthy. Elevator slooooooow.

We were so pleased with our stay here! Everything we needed was available. We stayed for 4 nights and were comfortable, enjoyed the fabulous view and location to everything. We walked to the restaurants and shops and enjoyed them all. Pizza on the Go was a favorite for sure! We will definitely be back!

Great location of property and within a short walk to Gondola Ski runs. Had to call property management too much but they fixed issues same day. For the cost of property, we should have had NO issues during our stay.

Summit County Mountain Retreats was fantastic to work with and promptly handled things within the unit, however, the owner needs to be aware and go into the unit to see things that need attention. Some pans needed replaced, humidifiers in secondary bedroom malfunctioned, had to be replaced, gas fireplace turned off on its own, dishwasher did not clean dishes in the front resulting in dirty dishes previously being put away. Bed in second bedroom needs to be looked at. Fantastic location, great hot tub but the owner needs to get in there more often. Could be updated. Elevator was not working properly all the time.

This condo was very comfortable and a short convenient walk to the village/condo. We loved that there was a small grocery store steps from the condo. The furniture overall was cozy and thoughtful and the kitchen was well kept. The communal hot tubs were great (but bring your own towel; they were tiny!).
Cons: The beds were awful and need to be replaced. The queens' headboard was banging against the wall, so a pillow had to be placed in between. The king was very jiggly like a water bed, and the memory foam didn't help much. The primary room was completely missing a cover for 1 of the windows, and most of the blinds throughout were old and needed repair. They fixed the 1 window by the next day. The ski locker was small, and could only accommodate 3 people's things. The elevator was extremely slow so there was always a traffic jam around it.
Overall though, the place was nice and very convenient and would stay again.

Huge nasty stain next to dresser in the master bedroom and chewing tobacco spit on the fireplace screen and glass. Our unit was quite during the night but the mattresses throughout the unit were old and very worn down to the point the master bed had a foam mattress topper on it. It’s time to replace the mattress’s they were very very uncomfortable and the bedding was cheap and very low grade in quality. Needless to say we didn’t sleep well at all during our stay. In fact we packed up and left a day early due to discomfort and lack of sleep. Also notated damaged and broken items in the unit. First, the master bedroom was missing a set of wooden blinds right next to master bed and had to hang a blanket over the window for privacy and to keep the night time light out, second was the fireplace was not working and took two days to get service up to fix it. The repair guy also noticed the chewing tobacco SPIT on screen and glass. Third was in the kitchen at the end of the island/bar stools was a missing electrical outlet cover. I noticed this while eating dinner and my left knee came into contact with a “bare” screw that poked my knee. 5th was the washer and dryer on the 4th floor was out of operation. The washer was flooded with water and was causing a puddle on the floor. We brought this to summit county retreats attention and they dismissed this issue to another company. I will say the check in process was very smooth and very friendly. I will also be sure not to stay in this unit again. Our stay was from Saturday November 13 to Wednesday the 17th. We left early am on Tuesday November

We had a 2 Bedroom apartment, it was older & could use updating but it had everything we needed! The master bed definitely needs a new mattress cause I could feel the springs in it & I slept on the couch, which was comfy. We had a bad experience the last time we stayed in Frisco with the rental company so I was worried but we had no problems & they were very accessible!

We really enjoyed the condo and it was close to the gondola- only a short walk. It’s also close to other amenities within walking distance like restaurants. The unit was very clean and comfortable.

Location is Key
It was an overall good experience with plenty of room and a very convenient location. The microwave should be replaced (only a few buttons are operational). The unit needs updating (carpet stains and poor mattresses) but it is large with plenty of room (the couch is better than the master bed). There were several light bulbs out and remote controls without batteries but maintenance came by the next day.
