Excellent location. Great view. Lots of restaurants and nightlife with live entertainment in walking distance. 5 minute walk to beach. Disappointed pool in complex not available again. Great host !

We had an awesome time at the 440 Condos! The appartment was well equipped, spacy and clean. The view from the 16th floor over the gulf was simply amazing. The communication with the owner Jeff was outstanding during our whole stay and Clearwater Beach is a perfect place to visit the beautiful beach by foot and to head out for lots of activities in the region by car. We highly recommend renting from Jeff!

Someone said earlier it was like on a cruise ship. So true.
The condo was everything we hoped for. Great location and a beautiful place. Thanks Jeff.

I could not get enough of the views of the gulf and the spectacular sunsets. I’ve booked again for next year!
