There was a squirrel in my room. when I brought it to the owners attention he became very irate. he threatened to call immigration on me for complaining about the animal being in my room. he was so nasty I left the place in tears. if you are a solo female traveler avoid this place at all cost. the staff is friendly but the owner has no respect for his guest especially female guest

Spacious room, quiet, 5 minutes walk to beach

Slightly run-down room and communal area, no hot water in the shower (reported this to the hotel without result), expected something better for the money.

staff are very helpful. the room was large and comfortable. the gardens are beautiful. the pool was great. walking distance to the beach.

Positively surprised by this amazing calming resort in the middle of busy Seminyak. Once you cross the restaurant you walk into this peaceful 'garden' full of tiny houses and bungalows. Very happy to have found this spot to calm down after walking or riding through the crazy neighbourhood. Bungalow was very comfy and spacious, would totally recommend this spot!

The location was perfect though. And they let us choose the breakfast type.

The room was filthy, there was a rat in front of our house and when we inform the hotel service about it, they said it's common and did nothing about it. The bed sheets were dirty and the toilet smelled. The breakfast was ok for that hotel but everything including the table and the cutlery were kind of dirty. We couldn't stay for more than one night and when we check out early, they didn't even ask why (because they took their whole money). Soo it's a no-no for me.
