- quite close to the city center and Vitosha Blvd (12 mins walking distance)
- big bedrooms
- very well equipped kitchen and very new furniture
- well laid bathroom
- private free of charge parking space
- private garden
- free coffee
- good wi-fi
- we were welcomed by two turned on ACs, so the temp was very pleasant inside, especially as outside was quite hot
- small bathroom
- the garden looks as it is deserted, which is a big shame. We believe it could turn out to be an absolutely amazing place. As it is, it is almost non usable.
- parking space is approx 5 mins walking distance (the grade is not influenced by this fact, as we consider the parking space to be near enough, the distance is just a mentioning).

The parking spot is great! The location is perfect and the apartment is cozy.
There were a few cockroaches that we saw in the bathroom but still it was great.

Location was great. The place has good daylight and a pleasant small garden. The kitchen has everything one may need (except a cutting board).
There was no curtain rod and the curtain in the living room was hanging from the ceiling being manually attached with some small sticks and stuck in place in tiny holes. Very weird DIY situation. That required getting up on a chair every evening to put the curtain to provide privacy and it is unacceptable. A normal curtain rod is needed or blinds. The living room AC was non-working. It was nice the days I was there, but in hotter days I can see how it can be a problem. The area rug in the living room was very dirty, although the rest of the house was very clean.

Easy entrance
Comfortable size for two people
Soft bed
Nice TV
Coffee machine
Mold in bathroom
Cockroaches beneath floor near bathroom
Thin walls
Poorly maintained "garden"
Dirty lawn chairs
Lack of cleanliness (found a dead fly on my floor, freezer was dirty, no bag in trash can under sink)
