Check-in & Host: We arrived late due to airport delays, but the host happened to meet us right at the entrance by chance. She was very kind and accommodated our check-in at 23:00. Apartment & Facilities: The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, and extremely clean with brand-new, high-quality facilities. Having stayed at other apartments in Italy, this level of cleanliness and standard of amenities is a massive plus! Laundry Room: The host provides a shared laundry room for all guests, which was fantastic and incredibly useful for us traveling with a baby. Location: Fantastic location! It's very close to the main street and only 20 minutes from Ortisei. There are markets, cafés, ice cream shops, and restaurants nearby. Convenience & Amenities: Having a private parking garage was a huge plus. Access to both the rooms and the garage is via keycard instead of physical keys, which was super convenient. View: The view from the terrace is lovely!

To improve - not negative. 1. It would be great to have online check-in. I used this with other apartment and its very good to do check-in in any hour.

Clean healthy nice view everything you need was there

Literally everything

Nothing

Spacious and great parking, laundry facility, quiet location. The terraces were well-enjoyed!

The coffee machine (german/american one) does not stay hot - it turns off after brewing, so we were reheating separately. The kitchen could use more dishwashing materials like a real sponge and detergent (other than just the dishwasher supplies). Everything else worked great and it was a great stay.
