The apartment, with its plants, books, and charming paintings, is a very cozy and pleasant place to relax and unwind after walking through Venice and visiting the Biennale. The air conditioning provides enough cooling on hot days. Two of the bedrooms are spacious, with plenty of closet space, and one has its own en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom, with a bunk bed, is small (without closet space) and feels too cramped for two adults.The kitchen is well equipped. The rooftop terrace, filled with fragrant plants, is a real delight! It is wonderful for a peaceful start to the day or for enjoying the sunset in the evening.There is a supermarket just a one-minute walk from the apartment, while the bakery, fish shop, and other local stores are about seven minutes away. It is also only a two-minute walk from the Arsenale, which is extremely convenient if you are visiting the Venice Biennale.We had a very enjoyable stay and felt very comfortable.

We enjoyed our time here, although it was short. The location was ideal; close to many attractions and great restaurants. It made exploring the city incredibly easy.The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.The host was helpful and responsive when needed, which we appreciated. Overall, this was a great place to stay!

My wife and I absolutely loved the accommodation and the city of Venice. The apartment was clean, tidy and very well equipped and checking in was very easy. The views from the rooftop were amazing as well. We had a wonderful time!

This location was very nice and quiet. A few things to consider before making your decision. The steps are very steep to climb and you are on the too floor which made it difficult with luggage. Also, you have to take out the trash between 6:30-8:30’a.m. The walk to locations was a good 20 minutes. There were some local places closer to eat but just keep in mind you will walk a little ways to the touristy locations. Overall it was nice just things to keep in mind when makingbyour decision.
