The lobby was fun, eclectic, had games, fun bar, seating, dj in the eve!
The mattress was not the comfy and pillows felt old (although pillows were comfy - they were just 'bumpy").

That private parking was available as it is such a busy area and also the modern and luxurious feel of the hotel
There’s is nothing we didn’t like

It was unique , comfortable , and clean.
No complaints.

The location in the Gaslamp District is good & centralized. The convention center is only 4 blocks away
The room I stayed in was for ADA Accessible patrons. But the bathroom was definitely not exactly ADA friendly; especially the bathtub. There is no rubber mat to prevent slipping & no walk-in access. If you were staying alone without a companion and you had a slip & fall in their tub, there is no way to contact the front desk for assistance. There is no phone or direct communication from the bathroom to the front desk.
