Accommodation was perfect for our needs and in a great location. Would definitely recommend the accommodation again. It was tidy and clean and had every accessory we needed for our stay. Added bonus was the toys kept for children's use.

Collection of keys was very poor. Door to collection reception was locked. We had to ring two different numbers to inform them of this and to ask them to meet us. Very poor service from first lady who answered the phone but after waiting over half an hour someone had come over, unbeknown to us and unlocked the door without telephoning us to inform us. They didn't even offer an apology until i brought it up when we were handing in our keys. When family members went to the house in case the keys were there a neighbor kindly offered us a place to stay if we didn't have the keys.
