Questo condominio al piano terra situato a pochi passi dal Golfo, è esattamente quello che stavate cercando! Situato sulla bellissima isola di Sanibel e vicino a molti ristoranti e negozi, non vorrete mai terminare la vostra vacanza. Coquina 3C è un 2 camere da letto / 2 unità di bagno che ha un sacco di spazio per tutta la famiglia! Con arredamento tropicale e divani nuovi di zecca, così come nuovi letti nel master, tutti non solo si sentiranno a loro agio, ma vivranno davvero una vacanza sull'isola. Se non ti stai godendo il tempo trascorso in spiaggia, il Coquina Complex offre molte attività diverse! Goditi una nuotata nella piscina della comunità, fai un picnic con la famiglia e griglia ai barbecue, o goditi una partita a tennis! Sanibel non solo è noto per le loro conchiglie, ma fa un giro verso C. R.O. W (Clinica per la riabilitazione della fauna selvatica) o attraverso J. N. Wildlife Refugee di Ding Darling per vedere e conoscere tutto sulla fauna selvatica della Florida! Oppure goditi la cena al famoso Rum e Bar Grille del Doc Ford. Qualunque cosa tu decida di fare nella tua settimana o in una vacanza più lunga, farai dei ricordi che dureranno una vita!

My only constructive criticism is that there should be a program where we can leave remaining food and supplies for either the next guest or families in need. There is simply too much waste and while not every product discarded was sealed in its original packaging, I would guess that guests renting condos for $3k-$5k a week aren't looking to poison, or hurt anyone. The food and supplies are fine. Perhaps your company could be the hub for that sort of stuff?
Also, you should simply provide cleaning supplies like garbage bags, cleanser etc. It's in your interest to keep the property clean and the cost is so low. I needed a recommendation on where to get a fishing trip. they were helpful in getting it. the team is great

We had everything we needed in the condo from trash bags to soap. It was very nice to have all the necessities that have been missing in other condos we have stayed in. We added an extra night in the rental condo and it was a pleasure speaking with your office and they are very easy to work with. Even followed up over the holiday to let us know what to do if the office was closed and we needed to reach management.

Unit is very nice; the pool is close; the unit is very close to the beach; centrally located for access to shopping, restaurants and it is the right size. We did have trouble adjusting the owner's preprogramed thermostat and one of our party pinched a finger badly in a loose leg on a dining chair (bolted in chair legs are known to loosen). The big drawback is parking. The on line description and management info does say one reserved parking space. What is not mentioned is that there are only 2 guest spots for a 40 unit property (time limited) and that there is no public parking within miles.
