We stayed for 15 days but they only clean the room for one day and I even asked for it. One of the lady in the front desk is not really accommodating and costumer friendly.

Had no tv or internet asked staff for internet took 5 hours before they did anything and still had no tv working very poor service

Not really much to say. But the location was okay for places to eat fairly local but otherwise this place is nowhere near anywhere.
Location. The lady receptionist when I checked in were really unfriendly. Is it really so hard to smile every so often? However the gentleman on checkout was totally different. Helped me get a grab taxi and went out of his way to serve me.

Other than value of money, nothing at all.
Location, building is too old, not the same as the photos in booking.com. Not accessible to anything especially transport. Rude receptionist last night, when she asked about the security deposit, we asked if we can checked in first then go outside to withdraw since we dont have cash. She said she cant, as she need to follow protocol which we understand. But she gave us a grumpy eyes look when we told her that one of us will stay in the reception area because the other one will go to the atm machine and withdraw the cash. And the entire time I'm with her in the reception, her actions were so rude.

The access to the get breakfast was taken away-meaning the owner close it.For me it was not a problem because theres a lot of carenderia around where I can get breakfast.
Personale is very much needed, so that theres is always personal to recieved you when you check-in.
Can you imagine, you have been traveling for 14 -20 hrs.and when arrived to the hotel-you have to wait for the personale to check-in, because she is out to clean the room, making it ready for the next guests?

It was a bed because of a lots of crawling insects on the bed. I didn't had a rest that night.

I’m not really a complainer, I just love the ambiance of the place.

1. No cooking is allowed
2. It's far from city and taxi is expensive to downtown around between 400 to 500 pesos.
3. Area around the place is not much clean and you might face issues finding halal food for Muslims over there there.
4. Room is very small, it is only good for one or two but not for long time.
5. Air condition is old fashioned, but but in acceptance range.
6. No enough kitchen tools like forks, rice cooker, and other stuff.
7. Bellows were not in right size, one big and the other was small.
8. If you are going to Manila I always would suggest you to book a hotel with free breakfast, then search for halal food near by.
9. Cockroach 🪳 were showing up from time to time, so don't leave your food uncovered.

I liked nothing in the hotel. There was no wifi no slipper in the room or in washroom. Not a phone to call in the reception. Its not like hotel environment its like public residential building. Better avoid .

We were placed on the 8th floor with front door right next to an ungated very very steep and dangerous staircase.

The room was clean and nea. The staff are very accomodating.

Breakfast was fairly fine. There are mini 24h grocery stores and food stalls just outside the area. The Hotel room is spacious.
The shower is broken; The TV has no cable/programs for the entire stay; there were cockroaches. It is near the airport but you need to take the taxi especially if you have a big luggage( taxis are not always available). Accessibility in terms to location and transportation, not so good.
