Rustic Inn River

Convenient to Plitvice Lakes. Spacious room, spotlessly clean. Plenty of parking and the breakfast and dinner options were fantastic.

Very spacious and comfortable room. The staff is very friendly. There are several seating areas to hang out in and enjoy the day. Dinner is available if you don't want to leave the property. The breakfast was pretty good - nothing extra special, but plenty to fuel you up for a trip to the national park. There are lots of adorable cats around, too.

The wifi was pretty spotty and didn't work at all in our room. They could do a little cleaning up on the property generally, but we still really enjoyed it!

Location was only 7 mins from Plitvice Lakes Gate 2 and a car is essential as not much of a pavement on this long winding road. The Property is well kept and clean with decent sized rooms and we had a spanking new bathroom to boot. Breakfast was more than satisfactory whilst if you opt for the evening meal (we did twice) i suggest the trout. Ina and Sadet (hope i got the spelling right) are a luvely couple and very helpful. May i be the first to once again wish Ina a Happy Birthday and best of luck for your soon to be family increase. The 6 cats were also fun to watch though one night we got a scare when a wild boar came close to the adjacent stream and started grunting away.

Wifi, internet and TV channels poor and constantly cutting off. In this day and age these have become essentials. Although works were going on to add on more rooms in other blocks this did not affect us in the least.

Colazione scarsa, pochissimi dolci, quantità cibo limitata, pulizia non molto accurata, personale poco preparato (danno l'impressione di non aver fatto corsi per la gestione della clientela)

Mi è stata assegnata una camera in mansarda (per la verità molto grande, con 3 letti); ho avuto difficoltà a raggiungerla per le dimensioni della scala a chiocciola (salire con i bagagli non è stato facile). La luce sulla scala era bruciata: ho chiesto subito che fosse sostituita la lampadina ma non è stato fatto! La sera per raggiungere la camera ho dovuto utilizzarre la torcia del telefonino. Inoltre non ho avuto il minimo aiuto per portare i bagagli: sebbene sia abbastanza in forma, ho 71 anni......
