Die Ausstattung in der Wohnung ist sehr gut, alles da, was man braucht. Einrichtung ist gemütlich und originell, die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut funktioniert. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz hinter dem Haus war verfügbar.
In der Küche war ein modriger seltsamer Geruch, der auch beim Lüften nicht weniger wurde. Wir haben den Esstisch ins Wohnzimmer gestellt und so für uns eine Lösung gefunden.

This property was in a wonderful location. The host also provided excellent and helpful advice for visiting the nearby attractions. The layout of the home is tasteful and artistic.
The floors in the kitchen were sticky and almost had a sour smell. I believe due to old vinyl flooring. Even after mopping it was still a little sticky.

The owners are architects and made a lot of the furnishings and decorations in the apartment. It's walking distance of town center but in a more locals area. The owner recommended a nearby restaurant for lunch that was filled with locals eating traditional Portuguese food.
We didn't mind not being in the middle of everything, but if that's your preference, you might not like it here.
There wasn't contactless entry. I prefer that, but the owner was prompt and gave us some good information when he let us into the unit.

Host welcomed us and explained everything. The apartment is old and has its charm but it is clean and everything is functioning.
I couldn’t figure out how radiator works in the bathroom.

Very nice host, appartment very big, free parking place behind the building, close to the railway station
Noisy beds, no bottle opener, 10 min by car from the city center. We could hear neighbours.

The whole place is homely and pleasant. The host is super friendly and very helpful. Absolutely everything went like it was planned to.

We had a great stay. Plenty of room for a large family, location is fine with readily available parking and possible to walk to the historical center or take bus/taxi if preferred. Host was very responsive and flexible. Recommended!

Carlos the owner is a unique artist and so is this sprawling 4 bed 2 bath apartment just steps from the train station. Carlos is kind and generous and will ensure you have a really nice stain in Sintra.
It’s not the Ritz if you are into frills. We enjoyed the spaciousness, the stocked kitchen and baths, the location so close to train and grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, banks as well as bus into Historic Sintra.

The location of the property was great for us, because it is located a bit further from the historical centre of Sintra and so we could avoid the crowds. But the historical centre is still in walking distance. The train station is in close vicinity which was great for us, also the very good supermarket, loaded with fresh local cooking ingredients. The apartment is big and bright and furnished with a lot of taste for stylish details. And it has two bathrooms! Our contact person was very responsive and helpful.
We missed some more big coffee cups and the air conditioning was pretty loud. The dinning table is also a bit small for the crowd of 7. Basically just minor stuff.
