Nice place and very clean. We did not meet the staff but we exchanged messages and they were very friendly and client oriented. It was a good experience.
It is a noisy street, since we slept with opened windows because of the heat. The light sleepers would probably need to close the windows and use the AC over the night in the summer.

Best location just beside the park.
Very clean, hot water, well equipped kitchen utencils. Microwave, coffee machine...
the staffs were very helpful and kind.
