Goditi una vacanza in una delle isole per antonomasia del Maine con viste mozzafiato sulla baia di John dal ponte delle vedove in questo lussuoso cottage vittoriano turbolento. Le camere sono al primo e al secondo piano, cucina, soggiorno e sala da pranzo al terzo piano. La facciata rocciosa dell'acqua è attraverso il cancello segreto di un sentiero ventoso, sedie Adirondack per sedersi e godersi i favolosi tramonti. Il molo della città è disponibile in fondo alla strada. Disponibile per affitto estivo o tutto l'anno. Vela o barca fuori da Christmas Cove (ormeggio disponibile o barca a vela con capitano). We loved this super unique home! Rutherfords Island is so lovely and Jill was the perfect host. We had everything we needed for our summer vacation. It was quiet and there are gorgeous walks in every direction. We had an amazing stay and will definitely book this property again!

Jill is great with communication. The place is perfect partially obstructed water view but great from the top loft. Quiet area away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to Boothbay and Pemaquid. Damariscotta is 15 minutes away. We would certainly recommend and return.

The house felt extremely comfortable and charming. Great mattresses and the house is solidly built - not creaky for an older home and sound doesn’t travel from upstairs / next door.
The only downside is the tricky stairs with a young child or elderly person to get to the third floor living room / kitchen.
It’s a very special neighborhood - two minute drive to a charming beach cove and two minute drive to a great waterside restaurant, Coveside.
The host was extremely thoughtful and communicative. I highly recommend it!

House was well appointed and owner was very responsive and helpful. The location was great for our family as we were visiting with others in Christmas Cove. Love the three levels of living space. Lots of stairs, but that did not bother us!
